I had to do it, been wanting to do this for awhile now…it was a hit when I brought it to the bar for growers night…also a few people never had bitter melons so I stuffed one and they liked it.

Last nights meal was salad with veggy burgers and sweet potato fries with a chilli and cayenne pepper mayonnaise dip.

Last night and a lot of nights recently cuz it’s delicious… Kimchi jjigae… Kimchi, tofu, some fish sauce, sesame oil, a bit of beef broth with supposed to be pork belly or shoulder… I used some fatty cuttings off of pork roasts and steaks … also I add some diced habanero for an extra kick…
