I would pop over mate but I’m going to be pretty flat out, I actually just got the job so I’m going to get paid to cook from home… being self employed for almost 10 years was fun while it lasted but time for the next chapter

Chorizo egg and potato burrito. NOM. secret is over medium eggs. No to scrambled when making a breakfast burrito! lol

First meal cooked in our new house.
Caramelized mushroom, onion and yellow peppers, with veggie burger and fried eggs.
Second meal was a vegetable mutter butter masala with extra chilli and paprika.

I have a cast iron oven and range that works using wood in the new house. Can’t wait to try and cook with it, wood stove caulilower pizza crust should be interesting
