What do stoners eat? 🍴 (Part 2)

One store has small chunks of it not too long ago- but stopped carrying it (Aldi’s)
I marinated it in teriyaki for an hour then slow cooked it on the grill… no one else cared for it much…the guys don’t like fatty meat or the crunchy skin… I ended up eating it myself over the next few days… one of my Faves-- My Southern Grandmother used o fix it for Sunday Breakfast when I stayed with them in the Summer…

Cold roll station, prepping for New Years pot luck

Starting munching this before I snapped the pic, satay tofu and vegis(left over cold roll ingredients) on steamed rice

Red lentil and eggplant stew

Again and again…

Ravioli in a in a big ass bowl, wife’s and daughter are away for a week so less dishes the better haha

Sour dough with black gold, Swiss cheese, pico de gallo and hot sauce

Pulled chicken burrito from the joint next door

These last 2 plates I cooked for work, my new job as a demo chef cooking from home is a trip, after I finish the demo I sit down and eat it haha

I only normally eat meat out as wifey is vego so this was a nice change…

Steak with hassleback potatoes and arugala salad, simple so home cooks can follow along but still dank

Misses hopes I get more of these shifts, Mushroom Risotto

Homemade chicken noodle soup!
Only bad thing is that once you eat this, you’ll never be able to eat canned soup again.

Tonight…Draig is still sick and not eating anything but chicken soup…Son is eating leftovers…so I used a Naan to make a '‘Pizza’ for our daughter and I… no sauce… just 6 kinds of cheese, fresh mushrooms, baby spinach, sliced tomato, garlic and basil… One slice got avocado and a siracha/chipotle sauce…
Was seriously yummy!!!

Berkeley Bowl vanilla almond granola, Nancy’s full fat yogurt and fresh blueberries. I generally prefer berries with a little more punch, like raspberries or strawberries, but blueberries is what I got and that’s what I’m eatin’.

Really pretty fucking good.
