We made a giant ham and have been eating it for 3 days. It turned out very well. Versatile.

We have little choice when it comes to quality butchers/bakers around here. It all comes from the grocery store and it’s all mostly shit. If we want good bread we have to make it ourselves.

Except for our fish delivery subscription. Awesome fish but $$$

There are Asian butchers/bbq joints that do good work though.
