It’s a mixture called ‘balkan’, so basically like what’s on gyros and such stuff.

Found some pre made but for do it yourself it’s Ingredients and amounts are.

• 2 tablespoons peppercorns
• 1 tablespoon paprika
• 1 tablespoon coarse salt
• 1 tablespoon dried garlic or granulated garlic
• 1 tablespoon dill seed
• 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
• 1 tablespoon onion powder
• 2 teaspoons coriander seeds
• 2 teaspoons mustard seeds

Dry roast on a griddle and grind up to a powder. Sounds like it can be a hot spice mix
