Just kind of made it up took a small butternut squash and 2 large sweet potato a couple of carrots a onion and a garlic bundle roasted it in the oven till done took some veggie stock and the roasted veg blended it added some coconut cream and a pre made yellow curry paste used a couple tablespoons roasted some chickpeas to make a crunchy top would equally be good if you used a food processor and made chickpea crumble with some hot oil on top @Shadey

i just had a place called Portillo’s for the first time today but it’s a popular spot. i had an italian beef sandwich with fries and a chicago style hot dog. both were pretty darn good.i didn’t take pictures but here are pictures from the place.
