Was invited to for supper and this girl knew I don’t eat meat on Sundays during Lent…she got the majority of the ingredients at an Asian market in Champaign…it was delish…

I tried my hand at making homemade ramen today. It came out pretty damn good. Way better than the stuff in the cup anyhow!

Last nights supper-- home made Shrimp ‘fried’ rice-- fat free version. It did absorb more moisture as it sat and cooled a bit.
Even Draig liked it- and he’s not a huge rice fan.
