Got some ramps, cooked up some bacon wrapped filet mignon to medium rare, sautéed ramps, mushrooms and asparagus with a little rutabaga mash and some air fried tater wedges.

i have been getting steak tacos but the chicken was my favorite and they stuffed the shrimp taco so you can’t go wrong with that.
That’s awesome. I’ve been stuck on lengua for a while. Shrimp sounds like a nice change. Well see when I hit that tahhhco stop up. Way better than the gut truck in town. Cheaper too.

I’ve been getting it almost exclusively since 5th grade at gut trucks… but it was a coincidence, really neat usually people turn their head.
