You’re definitely welcome!! On charters I’d have to make the clients ceviche or fish tacos on the boat with fish they just caught. I hated doing it, but helped big time with the tips at the end of the day. Haha

nice. they look good. you prefer flour tortillas over corn? i choose flour for lengua tacos, or i just haven’t grown to like corn tortillas enough.

cool. i recently made a deal with the cook at my local taco shop. if i brought in some fresh perch he would make fish tacos. haven’t been going lately though.
