Just waiting a Polinator cranck grinder from Rqs, so excited to try it, have been using a gift one from rqs because my good one lost the net and I am not finding those so is in the box.

Soon I can show the polinator pic on my hand.

Some of you have such a nice collection, I have only few grinders, most from RQS and that is the talk today.

I am not sponsored by RQS and posting because of new design but to give some feed back on these grinders.

On the left the RQS polinator, 5 part swivel grinder to make it easier when at home, standard model but got this one cheaper and with the rqs logo bonus. Like it a lot.

On the right the pink cheap gift grinder, also got one in green but I am missing the blue. These are just 2 part grinder made of transparent plastic, are fragile and if dropped, will crack. Also the logo went away.

The surprise are the new eco gronders, I got this golden one and looks like a 2 part grinder and is but once you grind the first time you will notice that the bottom slips and you have a nice compartment for some small buds in what looks like a air tight chamber in the grinde, very cool.

I don’t like grinders. I have a few but, to me, there’s nothing better than busting up some buds with your fingers. You get that burst of aroma that you don’t get with your grinder. But I’m wierd like that. I also like to ‘dry hit’ a joint. Before firing it up. I love that flavor of unburnt cannabis in my mouth. But I’m wierd like that.
Did I tell you, I’m wierd like that?

I am used to RQS Critical white widdow, special queen, doing my 1st northen lights auto and also have some watermellon auto.

Gear from rqs I only have the grinders, one sticker and 1/2 pack of rolling pappers, have the lighter but logo faded away.

I had been using slx 2.5 and thought it was great.

But then I got a factory second brilliant cut grinder.

Night and day difference, love the bcg.

lately ive been using the klip grinder. its a bit pricey but the cutting mechanism is so clean i cant help but love it. cutting the bud seems to leave it more fluffy, and less of the kief falls off. the fluffy texture is kinda nice when youre rolling a joint. without actually knowing i suspect the fluffy texture is due to the mean particle size being larger (or longer). i say this because it sticks together better when youre rolling the j since its less dusty

id point out though “kief catcher” mechanism is gimmicky to the point i completely removed it. doesnt need it anyway but they do hype it up which makes them look a bit silly after you buy it and realize

overall 7/10. could be better but still lovable

Manual and electric.

That’s what I have right now. A little krups grinder and the manual. My problem with the electric is consistency, the occasional little ball bearing size weed unground. Or it’s ground too fine. Manual is a bit difficult for my wrist.

Omg, twinsies! :joy:

Man, it’s an interesting gadget! Made quick work of some buds… Next time I’ll even remove the stems!

Thanks for the tip!

I’ve been using Mendo Mulchers ever since I found them while looking for a Made in the USA two piece grinder, I don’t like screens and that sort, I just want a super durable and sharp bladed palm grinder that’s flat enough to fit in a pocket, and these are that. Made in Redding, California now, I think they used to be in Willits. They have 88 bladed teeth that are sharp enough to cut your finger even after a few years of heavy grinding (couple pounds worth) They’re machined from solid aircraft grade aluminum and unanodized (I’m sure someone out there is getting them anodized or Cerakoted, I’ve thought of trying a DIY on a mini). I know people get iffy about uncoated aluminum, but I have picked mine out with a steel long darner sewing needle for years (carefully) and when I wash it with ISO, still almost no scratches, just machining marks. Lifetime warranty on these dudes and I don’t doubt it, mine is three years old and looks new inside when I clean it. I use the mini and the 2.25” double thick grip edge model, even though I’m broke right now I think I’m probably going to spring for the $41 3” double thick grip edge since they’re having a 25% off sale right now. Maybe the regular thickness 3” grip so that it’s not a monster to carry around, billet 6061-T6 bar stock gets heavy!
