Exactly how we feel! My wife and her dad were very close. He left the beach house to her. Evil stepmother “stepped in” after he died…you know the rest of the story. You’re right. It’s a bargain if I never have to deal with that faction of the tribe again.
Elderberry
Tart Cherry Trees
Keria
and @lotus710 Volunteer Tomato
Looks like the first tomatoes of the season are going to be early this year.
Everyone will be like, “how is that tomatoe plant so far ahead of mine?” snicker
I love it!
Ninety Nine
I love the tropical look of the rhubarb plant. They propagate fast in my short season and deer won’t eat them. The first ones are just emerging.
Not my usual spot for posting but my my some of you keep some beautiful gardens. When me and Mrs cola moved here. Our garden was a dreary 3 tiers of brown.
I can’t list them all as I can’t remember and can’t take pics just yet because it’s dark.
But Acer palmatum
Camellia Japonica
Goldcrest
Clematis
Some other plug plants
And another maple I can’t remember
Kiwi berry bushes.
Banana plant.
Peregrine peach tree
Golden delicious apple tree.
Damson tree.
Mini herb garden pot.
A Lilly of some variety
It’s the first time I’ve had my own outdoor garden so we’re doing what we can to make it nice.
Most of the edibles are in my son’s play area should he decide on the off chance one looks tasty haha
The overnight temperatures here are finally staying above 60F.
I am tired of moving my plants in every night…except my cannabis plants, which I pamper!
Nasturtiums today
It never hurts to post some (of your own, right?) pics or a link,
I know brother I just don’t have any available and it’s 10.40pm here so dark. I may have a few odd bits bear with me
My held back cherry tomatoe, which I now need due to calamitous mishap.
Also sunflowers and tithonias in need of new homes.
I have Vinka running all around the place with purple flowers.
Anyone know anything about Roses?
Seeds from last season.
I’ll get a few more tomorrow. My dog dug up one bed. It’s A sad day to regarding ace. He’s gone to live with a friend of mine with a large flat garden. Between work and parenting he wasn’t getting enough attention. And it was showing in his behaviour. I’ve always deemed myself a responsible carer for my animals but I wasn’t about to let a good dog go to ruin under my watch. However much the selfish in me wanted to keep “my dog” his welfare is Paramount
Nice and clean. Doesn’t take much to make a big difference.
Looks like one of your worms got a little too brave for the southern sun.
@99PerCent
The sun here is sorta wimpy…I am in South Carolina for the duration of summer.
The SoFla sun is more intense, and I never see any worms in my backyard there…fried or otherwise lol😎
