What Other Plants Do You Have?

Those look like Asiatic Lilly. Do they have a strong odor?

The little cactus is getting bigger.

I would kill for those lilacs!! So gorgeous! My favorite flower! I can only buy them for about 3 weeks here in So Cal. They don’t grow here. Doesn’t get cold enough.

I think I just had a plant orgasm you guys! All of your gardens are absolutely stunning!
Especially the flowers! I have a deep love of fragrant flowers! Right now I mostly grow tubers and bulbs. Just a small collection so far. Tuberose and freesia. Nothing is blooming right now, so no pics. I do have a wisteria out back that is hanging by a thread. Not sure it will make it and I have some 50 year old rose bushes.

I LOVE lilies! I’d grow some if they weren’t poisonous to my cat.

I would say that they are lilies or Fleur de Lis, that would be the common name, its scientific name is Lilium

No man, do not do that with how beautiful they are and also medicinal.

The Lillium candidum, macerating the flowers in alcohol for a couple of months is a saint’s hand to heal, you take a petalo macerated in alcohol you put it on top of the wound, gauze and tightly bound and in hours the wound closes.

Also the flowers marinated in olive oil for a few months, that oil goes to film for burns, psoriasis and the skin problems , are recipes of the grandmother that my mother is still making and working in the cinema.
