What structure is this ? Help to identify

Hey guys, whats up?

First of all, I wonder a great monday and week for everyone here!

Im running my second round of a cultivar I selected, and on its first attempt I’ve notice a different strcuture on its flowers… Now on the second round they have show up again. Anyone knows what could be this? Looks like a male flower unfinished, but it appears since the 4º week flowering and there is no polem on it, because last round flowers there is no seeds on it.

It looks like a small garlic tooth for me…

It is a cross between GMO Citrus and Saucy Balls.

The saucy balls I didnt see the female flowers because all the seeds I crack came as male. So IDK if this trace comes from its dad.

Looks like nanners to me. You are correct, not fully formed male parts.

Not ideal, but maybe not a big deal. They don’t look like they are viable but it does look like there are alot of them which I would find concerning.

Given that you’re only halfway through flower, for me, it would mean extra vigilance watching for anything that might spit pollen. You may have to make some hard decisions or you might be fine.

I have a plant with some right now that don’t appear to be a big deal but I’m almost finished flowering so I’m not worried about it.

All the best and best of luck.

Hey @Foreigner , Thanks for taking a time to help me <3

As I said, on the first round it was not a problem… I was just curious… Im at the end of the 6º week… They dont evolve more than this… it is also quite beautifull i’d say.

I will keep eye on it but Im not concerned at all… just want to understand what specificaly is that.

By the way, this cultivar went to my top 3… I have big plans to it… even with this “problem”… i gonna watch it for more 2 or 3 cycles… if its dont evolve in none of them, i can say the cultivar is hermie proof… lol

all the best for you mate! Appreciate for your time :brazil:  :farmer:

You’re very welcome.

My biggest concern would be that they throw balls too which may or may not happen.

Given your experience with it it’s probably fine.

I usually end the line if I see such issues but if it’s really special she might just be worth keeping around.

I’ve seen this happen even on harvest day a late sterile open flower (no dust) it happens… stressful situation at the end of the cycle. Keep an eye out for pollen, and those bananas. Grow Vibes to ya. All the best… of buds.
