I’m questioning the things I’ve eaten recently, but yeah I’m feeling better lol

Bro. I went to buffalo wild wings last night. After checking all of the nutritional data for their wings and the various dry runs and sauces, I was stoked I could eat that shit and be good on my sodium intake. I got home and felt bad as a bitch and my blood pressure back through the roof. I started back into their nutrition information and it turns out those dinky little ranch cups is what did me in. Two of those little cups of ranch was 50% of my daily sodium in one shot. Enjoy all the shit food while your still young man.

I cooked some bacon the other day, that may or may not have been in the freezer too long :grimacing::joy: cuz that night I was bad

If thats the case, maybe you lost power and possibly more food in the freezer is bad? Hopefully not the case and just a random bug.

Take me to BWW next time @Indicana_Jones I’ll keep that salty ranch away from you :joy:

No signs of power being lost. The pack was frozen in February and forgotten about :joy:

Haha well hopefully it still tasted ok.

Yeah it smelled and tasted fine, so I figured it was lol. It could be something else I’ve eaten recently, but that’s the thing that sticks out in my brain.

If it was food poisoning, from what I’ve read it’s more likely to be something you ate 1-3 days before you actually got sick… not sure it’s possible for things to go bad while they’re frozen, other than freezer burn. That’s just texture though, nothing to get you sick there.

Idk what it was, it seems to bother me most at night when I’m trying to sleep. Specifically around the 3am mark.

Problem solved, just don’t sleep :joy:

Same here, I setup a box & got 1 out of 5 things. I said fuck it & closed shop. Also let’s be honest. We don’t need anymore seeds

Dude don’t eat anything you didn’t cook yourself. Every fast food joint & restaurant out there is soaking their food in salt/fat/sugar. Or it’s as you found, in the condiments. Every food place out here & 90% of the grocery store is designed to kill us.

Buy spices, veggies, rice, olive oil & chicken/beef/fish. Make your own sauces. Don’t use anything that comes im a box, pouch, or glass jar. Soon as you get used to it you’ll wonder how you ever ate the other shit.

I’m down to 200 from 290 & my bp is 115/72 most days. It’s not because I quit eating and exercise religiously either. It’s because I cook my own food.
I’m not sure but I think they miiight be trying to poison us

They definitely aren’t helping :joy:

Especially if too much ranch will kill a MF

Don’t make no mistake, if they can make a solid profit. They will do what they can

Yessir but you know they could still profit with half the amount of sugar & salt. I’m starting to think they want sick, slow, dumb people

Ranch doesn’t need 3g/sodium to taste good, it could easily use 500mg.

Even “healthy” canned vegetables like green beans/peas/carrots are FULL of salt. It’s hard to escape it, I feel bad for people like Indicana.

Nice to know you make your own food. I dabble.

Yeah bro. I have to look at things religiously now. It’s crazy. Like I can go over the recommended sodium in a day, but I have to space that shit out. I get 50% in one setting and it’s suicide by salt.

Everything takes just a little bit longer to do but oh well. Like I wanted to make rice and beans today. Can’t by pinto beans in the can. They’ll kill me. So I gotta buy the 4 lb bag and soak them over night. I’ll have rice and beans tomorrow.
