Midnight FECO check. Had to top off the crockpot again.
Morning OGs here’s where we’re at with the FECO. It’s cooking on down. Probably be done by end of day, hopefully.
Made up like 40 grams of it last year need to make another batch soon getting to the end of the jar really good stuff takes lots of time though
Yeah, this jar is 60ish hours in
And I still have another batch to make
I forgot we gotta go out of town this morning. I might slap a lid on it and bring it in while I’m gone.
Can you just give a quick breakdown of your process…very interesting. Maybe some tips and tricks too…lol
It’s outside in a crockpot, hot water bath thing. Cheesecloth on top to keep bugs and stuff out.
My biggest tip is don’t spill any, cuz then you get that nasty white residue.
Alcohol starts to evaporate at 172° freedom units, so I heat the water to 185-190. Refill every 4-6 hours as needed.
Plants all got rice booster today, with some extra water cuz they looked thirsty.
This round of FECO looks like it’ll produce less than the last, there was less plant material after all. Just letting it finish up on the counter now.
I bought my press today, didn’t wanna miss out cuz they’re running low lol
Hope y’all had a great day OGs!
Nice. I thought for sure that only 20 left was a bullshit thing used to generate a sense of manufactured urgency. Turns out it has gone down by several over the past few days. Good score!
I didn’t wanna miss the $70 off coupon either
I’ll give an unboxing report here and everywhere lol
Good ol Darrell I miss that show
Hah. I would have assumed that show could have gone on for a million seasons. Maybe now that the show is done all of these extra assholes will stop showing up to storage until auctions ruining the game.
Let’s go buy some storage lockers!
You bought a rosin press? Nice
you gonna look into making topicals too?
That show made me and Dad want to go get units, until we found out how rigged that shit was
Probably not man, idk how that process works at all lol
Haha. Yeah, they did a great job of making you think you had a good chance of stumbling across an international art dealers unit or what ever. but for real it used to be a good way to furnish a home or an apt for like $100. Brandy and Jared had the most realistic business model on the show.
Not to mention the fuckers that come out just to drive up the bids. Went to several auctions and the same fucker was there everytime, just costing people money
