What's up? With these plants!

I have been getting white spots in older leaves
I can’t find any thrips or mites. I treated them all once a month ago and cleaned the room
In happy frog soil with mega crop nutrients, fairly light solution. Some under florescent and some under LED. Only thai plants not showing these spots.

How did you treat them a month ago?

Sure looks like thrip damage to me. Use a magnifying glass and sneak up on the plants. If you disturb them they run and hide real fast. I have some going on myself and just started spraying for them so I can flip in a couple weeks.

Dish soap and water put it in a spray bottle spray top and underneath leaves for 5 days ,that’s how I got rid of thrips

You need to treat regularly.

Try:
Safer Soap (potassium salts of fatty acid)
Suffoil X (paraffin)
Micronized Sulfur
Botaniguard (Beauvaria bassiana)

If you want to stay cheap DIY:
More frequent/regular dish soap or just water sprays
Chile, garlic, tobacco, and other insecticidal herb based recipes

@Rogue
I used spinosad and sprayed them vigorous on tops and bottoms then…
Cleaned out the room with a vacuum and sprayed a light bleach solution in there
Put sticky traps and fly strips on the walls and diatomaceous earth on the soil
