I have one vegging right now too. I agree with all the smell descriptions! The smell is really intense.

It really amazed me with the smell. They smell better at this stage than some fully bloomed plants I’ve had in the past

DAMMIT @Eagles009 ! Now with all the projects I already have going I’m all here jotting down a note in my callender to jump on this later in 2022:

  1. Pop White Cherry Truffles
  2. Pop Pancakez
  3. Breed them for: White Cherry Truffle Pancakes.

Or if no males MORE SMOKE FOR MEEEEEEE!

Here goes an after work pic. A quite discoloration of the leaves I’m thinking might be a magnesium deficiency can be easily fixed so not really worried.

Howdy, I am pretty much brand new to the site. Heck this may be my first post. I started growing a few years ago with some seeds my friend shared with me. They were auto flowering seeds and I had pretty good success with them so that’s what I’ve been growing ever since.

I’m getting ready to branch out and give a few photoperiod strains a try. So I thought I would follow along with this grow and see if I can pick up some pointers. Best of luck with this grow. I too struggle trying to describe how something smells to me. But in my brief growing history I have had a couple plants that started smelling quite early in veg and they turned out to be amazing so I think you probably have a winner on your hands.

Following along looking for cherry leaners myself to breed lol

Thanks bro pretty new to growing myself. Only been at it about 3 years now. Never grew autos but someday I will. Like to have full control so I prefer photoperiod

Definitely following! I’ve got a couple WCT that just broke ground.

Quick update put the WCT in 1 gallon containers yesterday. Like I said the smell is crazy. Only 1 pancake has sprouted so far hopefully the other will be soon if not I will have to drop another one.

Top of the morning everyone. Just topped them on Monday and it seems like that magnesium deficiency is clearing up. Gave them some calmag last watering and it seems like the new growth is nice and healthy so I hope that problem is solved. They still have that dank smell but now they are getting a sort of fruity smell also. Smells like some sort of tropical fruit just can’t explain it. Only one pancake has popped up so far and no signs of life from the other. I also dropped a candy cake punch reg that I received from @NugLifeFarms420. Really excited to see how that turns out.

Hang in there brother! The slow veg will be worth it on the WCT!! Ive had some real vigorous strains sandwich the WCT so their slowness is really noticeable to me now. But that smell though. I have a citrus/fruity leaner. Was more indica leaning and colorful than the others.

That’s crazy because I was just saying that to myself. Like damn these things are growing slow. I thought it was something I was doing but I’m relieved to know that it’s in their genes.

Definitely. Even a cross I’m growing is slow. Not much stretch either for me. Little bit but not much. Definitely not a pumping out yield strain. I’m growing them all out again though. Yield be damned I’m in this for smoke quality.
