yah unfortunately when beacher sprayed the sulfur he kept saying it would come back and it wasn’t dead, even though there was no evidence. Even now he deploys microban and installs filters on the intake that are not required to keep the mildew at bay.
What I do, is use my microscope to see if it’s dead, and one spray definitely kills it dead.
gramps and vernal are spreading disinformation and misinformation that really displays how completely ignorant they are about mildew. This thread is full of bullshitters like that.
Someone should spray sulphur on this thread and eradicate it forever.
hah hah no way, man. You know the people who thanked me on this thread for helping them eradicate mildew? That’s merely a small slice of the people who’s problems have been eradicated by this info. They usually thank me personally in a DM. Also a warning for anyone coming here to post bullshit…
Don’t bother, I’ll call it what it is.
Another useful fact to totally eradicate anything living in your grow room ( bug wise )5000 ppm of c02 for a couple 3 hours works well also .

for sure sir! I use it on my blueberries and huckleberries because the ph is 6.8, toxic to acid plants.
fuck! I’ve detected complete trash information here and from professor bugbee. WTF PEOPLE!? The entire internet is riddled with garbage information, doesn’t anyone study this shit?? Overgrow FAQ is total garbage, how embarrassing.
@JoeCrowe
Is bonide a good sulphur product for vegging plants? I have some already so its handy.
rub some bacon on it
Is it the wetable done sulfur or the sulfur soliton spray. Get the wetable power/slurry. The sulfur solution isn’t nearly strong enough.
Though I haven’t seen it come back after the first time using the sulfur, I’m continuing to use it every other week as a preventative until it’s good and frozen outside. I just mix the sulfur in with the garden soap and it’s part of my IPM. Plus I’ve read mites don’t like the sulfur either
Its the solution mixed with water…im gonna use it as preventative on our outdoor vegging plants…which need to hurry up and flower by te way
sulfur does the job in a crazy fashion, use 90%+ sulfur mixed with water. 1 tablespoon per liter of water and spray it on twice two weeks apart to make sure you got it all.
This is a video I made of mildew dying. You can clearly see why it’s so effective.
Cool video @JoeCrowe
Can the same sulphur used in burners be used for a spray?
pretty sure just as long as it’s micronized(powder) you can mix with water and watch it go to work!
I just discovered PM few days ago. One plant got axe. Others don’t seem infected - but it’s hard to judge since plants are 7 weeks into flower. I already ordered sulfur to wash down the entire grow space and surrounding area. Thanks for the tip!
Once you see the mildew with your eyes, it’s been growing there for about 40 days. The majority of the colony is invisible to the naked eye. I always assume any plant within 6 meters of the infected plant, is infected as well. As long as you treat all cannabis plant material with sulfur there’s no need to clean up the area, just do a sulfur treatment protocol and it’s toast. 2 sprays 2 weeks apart lol of 1tablespoon 90%+ sulfur mixed with 1 liter of water, in veg only. never bloom. Oh man, I’m protocol repeating maniac.
You can use the same treatment outdoors. And on grey mold/bud mold as well. I’m really glad this info has helped so many people eradicate the parasite. cheers!
Thanks @JoeCrowe. I assume best precaution is to discard the other plants as well. They are all in the same grow space.
No, you can treat them and kill the mildew fungus off. You get to keep the plants that way.
They are almost 8 weeks into flower. Don’t think there is any treating now.
