Hey, did you plant that comfrey? It likes part shade and shit tons of water.

Also, Overwatering and underwatering look pretty similar. If you cup a mj leaf in your hand it should not have much give. If the leaf has give and the stem is still solid, it’s under watered. If the leaf stem itself is limp then overwatered except at the extreme of either when they are about to croak, then everything is limp. lol

I hadn’t had the chance, it has been total chaos here. I was lucky to get the other three done when I did. First a problem with the dog and then me. Being that I am the only one that can “get him up” when he decides he can’t get up, it has taken a toll on my back, so I am semi-supine for long periods. That heat spell almost killed it (the comfrey, not the dog), but it is working it’s way back. I have to clear some room next to the orange tree and when I can do that, I will get it in. Only place That is sorta shaded.

I think the problem, with the others, was under watering, especially during the heat. I followed :evergreen_tree: advise before he actually gave it and top watered them and they are recovering. It seems like the top wasn’t wet enough, so it wasn’t wicking up when it dried, so it dried out too fast. The funny part is, there was absolutely no problem with the Blue Tara that I had in the same setup. Now that everything is working, I will remix nutrients and fill the tank (trashcan). I think I am going to mix up and give them a little of the Alaskan about every week or so, in addition to the weak mix of GH Flora I am giving it daily. That should give it a boost during flowering. Will just top feed that.

Gotta ask, you have done the neem oil, right? Looks like I have miners on my cucs and squash, so I am going to spray everything, even the weed, even though it is well away from everything else. Should I mix it to the recommended or mix it a little light?

Follow the instructions

There’s a recipe somewhere around here for DIY version of a product called PlantTherapy( & it’s soybean oil, peppermint oil, soap, & isopropyl & water); I’ve had good luck with it in veg.

There’s other products & blends (galore) for more serious stuff. :biohazard:

Well, an update on all the plants, but I am going to let my associates do it…

holly

Lister: Where are all the plants, Hol?

Holly: They’re dead, Dave.

Lister: What is?

Holly: Everything, Dave.

Lister: What, The Tomatoes?

Holly: Everything’s dead, Dave.

Lister: What, Cucumbers?

Holly: Everything’s dead, Dave.

Me: What, The Squash?

Holly: They’re all dead. Everything’s dead, Dave.

Me: The Okra isn’t, is it?

Holly: Everything is dead, Dave.

Lister: Not The Pepper?

Holly: The Bells, Jalapenos and Tabascos! Yes, The Peppers, everything, everything’s dead, Dave!

Lister: The Plants from @Meesh?

Holly: They’re dead, Dave, everything is dead, everything is dead, Dave.

Lister: Wait. Are you trying to tell me all the plants are dead?

Holly: I wish I’d never let him out in the first place.

Seriously, who would have thought that plants don’t like it when you are flat on your back for two weeks and can’t water them. My mom, bless her heart tried, but just wasn’t up for it. So, everything has pretty much died, though no one told the Blue Tara I planted. Though small, they are still green and chugging along. I did get some stuff out of the veggies, so it wasn’t a total loss, but there were problems even before. So I am going to take this opportunity to fix the gutter rig, and evaluate and fortify the soil in the garden beds. Going to get a bunch of autos going so I at least get something for this season and am going to fix my lighting and grow some inside over winter and get some veggies restarted outside.

:stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: :mag_right: :cut_of_meat: I prescribe not doing whatever you did, daily, as-needed

Both suck(the back, the desert garden) but I hope you get a real Dr., not just Dr. Feelgood :joy_cat:
