I was curious about that as well it looks like how the salt collects on top of sand in desert called desert snow kinda looks the same but if only top watered once then no. Pollen landed yesterday thanks I’m dropping my zamadelica fem auto any day.

That’s awesome news! I had some reports that the pollen didn’t ship very well. Combined with my failings, I thought the pollen was bad, or I stored it improperly, or didn’t dry it well enough, or something. So it’s cool to hear that it wasn’t all bad!

I never finished this thread properly. Here’s the last batch of pictures I had saved.
I was experimenting with some light LST.
This one just fell over one day. Weak roots? Dunno. I’ve a few lean over and do just fine so I let it ride to see what happens.
Its not looking great.
This is my low tech way to pollinate one branch only.
I mark the pollinated branch with a zip tie.
And that was it! Unfortunately, I didn’t get any seeds from my pollinated branch. I probably should have dried the pollen better. Lesson learned.

Bummer about the seeds and the tippy plant, plants aren’t always as cooperative as we want them to be.
Fuck yeah on Catan, do you enjoy ticket to ride? I’m always tempted, but haven’t bought it yet.
Honestly it’s been years since I last played Ticket to Ride and I don’t remember too much about it!
We just finished Gloomhaven and started on Frosthaven in my house. We’ll be playing that for a long while. We really enjoyed Gloomhaven.

Luck can’t overcome being an idiot.
5/6 seeds were viable. Put the seedlings out on the patio Saturday morning for some sunshine. Forgot about them. Went to work. Arrived home to find 4/5 gone. Likely eaten by something.
No chance to make F4’s. If it’s male I’ll just collect pollen and use on my auto collection. I’m gonna pop six of Tony Greens RIL Fast Autos today in hopes of at least one being male in case the Zam Express is female.
