This is another pheno of the Zombie Kush x Purple Punch that was vegging while the first girl was flowering out. There are clear differences in this plant compared to the last one.
This one did not get a lot of attention so it had some leaf discoloration and dark purple coloring on the stem and leaves but a good top dressing and flush through the soil seems to have gotten us back on track. I will let this one recover a little bit and the canopy to even out a little and she will go right into 12/12
A little more detail…I grow organically so this girl is sitting in a 3 gallon pot with coast of Maines platinum growers mix.
I Ph my water close to 6.5. She was a little rough starting out in the new tent but a decent top dressing of down to earth’s 4.4.4 and some fish bone meal fixed her right up. I also gave her a good flush for the first watering in the big tent just to kind of start of on a good foot.
I have topped her and spread all 4 tops to the outside but tying down or using hooks to gently bend the branches in order to even them out as much as possible. This plant was super bushy and I must have removed several handfuls of leaves from her up until this point.
Last defoliation, and she is happy …lowered the light an inch and she seems to like it. Will be applying a top dress before next watering. Should be fun from here…time to watch the nugs grow
The wait… is the hardest part but I want to document as much as I can. Once this plant is done I’ll be doing a SOG of the previous pheno of clones cut from a reveg.
She was neglected a couple days and was severely dehydrated but I will hopefully have time to keep her healthy as possible from here on out. She is 2 days away from the start of week 5 in flower.
WEEK 7 : about another week to go. This time around I want to wait until there is more amber trichs on the calyxes before harvesting so I’ll be taking a closer look in a week.
First bud picked. Going to again harvest in stages but this time around I will let the majority of the plant mature with more amber before harvesting it all.
I decided to only trim the fan leaves and I will dry trim the sugar leaves. I hang them in a cardboard box which takes about 5 to 9 days before they are ready for finishing up and going into the jars.
