I’m back guys after a week away. Meanwhile I had to see pics from my buds with mold when I was away . We got some rain and then one of the boxes got wet and everything nearby it got mold. Some pics for you to see this horrible situation.
I ask for your help to know what’s the best way to proceed when this happen, like how to save some or if its all thrash.
Not only I got mold but also the big plant I had on my roof got root rot because when my mate watered it, he left stangnant water at the bottom of the watter bottle where the pot was inside and the roots got out of the pot and then got damaged.
After seeing this when I arrived, I decided to transplant the girl into the spot so thats what we did. I mixed my soil and then setup the blumats. I think the bulk head im the bucket had a leak and I will have to add some paste to stop the leak. I will go to the spot again on thursday.
And for last, here are the 2 seedlings I currently have at home. They seem to be more sativa dominant than the big one. The bigger one is an alaskan purple from seedsman and the smaller is a moby dick or a jack herer.
If you can grow weed at home why can’t you cure it at home bro? Like all this you’re going through now(which I would bin all of by the way) could’ve been avoided by simply having it in an environment you can control.
If not bin it maybe turn it into resin or something edible unless you’re allergic to penicillin, wouldn’t smoke anything you’ve seen mold on as spores spread and having that bacteria in your chest could fuck you up. Other than that I love your spot bro looks extra secluded.
I can cure it at home. The only thing I need to avoid is the smell and that’s why I can’t dry it at home. On monday, I will get everything in jars and then bring them to home to cure. This only happened to 1 box and we still have 7 more boxes I think, so we didn’t lost everything. Soon, I will finally try it. I will make sure to get rid of the moldy buds.
About the spot, I think it’s really nice but I still have to do some tweaks, like camouflaging the buckets and get rid of the white stuff in general, like bags, etc. I think it’s a great spot but still not likely to be used next year. I will try to find a even better one.
I grow at least six varieties of mint, the strongest being Adams mint, extremely strong scent so have strewn it on top of the pine mulch around the ladies and since have had no intruders.
@cannabissequoia I imagine he prolly lives with somebody he doesn’t want to know about the weed or has people in close proximity so like apartments. I was going to suggest a carbon filter and fan but depending on circumstances maybe that would be too loud and attract attention
Main reason is the house I’m living in is owned by a familiar, who doesn’t quite appreciate very much weed and is misinformed about it’s effects and visits me often. The guys I’m growing with are in similar situations. Of course, I have other friends that can dry it in their houses. For example, one of my friends grows indoors with his father, but he didn’t want to dry mine, I didn’t really understand the reasons. Other, asked for half of the yield for drying in his place. I just can’t accept it, you know. What a friend. Anyway, in a few months I’ll be moving to another house and I hope the situations gets better and then I’ll see if I can setup a drying room, because I don’t want to dry it again outside. About the temps, we’re currently in the 25 degrees max with 50-65 RH, I don’t if this is ideal for drying but it seems good enough. @Explorer About the carbon filter, I would get one but as I already told you, my familiar visits me, so for now that isn’t an option. Maybe in a few months in the new house
Guys more bad news but this time I have finally a really good news that made me forget about all the bad luck I had in the last weeks.
Our spot in the middle of the forest mountain was found. Even we, had difficulties to get there but I guess due to being in an open area in the forest and having white stuff around it got somehow found. Here’s what happened to the only girl we had there.
I wonder why would someone cut the branches and leave the body, why you dont just remove her from the ground?
Anyway, I couldn’t give up and I had still 3 girls to transplant. So another mountain trip and we ended up on a new spot, much more hidden but with way less sun exposure but since this is more an experience than anything else, we gave it a try.
After moving 600L of soil through the mountain (I hope you dont have to do this by bucket, never, it isnt good to your back) we transplanted the girls and setup the blumat.
Now for the good news, I talked with a friend who’s going to amsterdam to study, and he has a big propriety in the middle of nowhere and he is extremely interested in growing cannabis, so it means next year we’ll have finally the perfect spot to grow in peace (I hope). Let’s hope everything get better from now on.
Keep your nose open as well as your eyes bro. You could have somebody else doing things close to where you put these sites. And tbh where I put my little outdoor autos before I get upto mine I can smell growing bud. And my plant doesn’t have that much bud meaning somebody prolly has something near to mine but because it’s secluded I’ve not stumbled on his/her spot even though my spot isn’t far from the smell
Yeah man that could be the case. I heard many stories about people doing guerrilas here. Maybe by cutting the branches they want to clone her? Idk. I’m already improving the stealthiness of my spot. I will show some pics later.
Deer probably did it, they will eat everything except the stalk, thats a very squatchy looking bit of woodland, keep you eyes peeled for Bigfoot. Every time you go there take a piss around your grow area, should help keep the deer and other herbivores away.
Thanks for the tip, I’ll start to piss on my spot. Someone gotta tell those herbivores that the best part from weeds is only ready on setember/october Greedy animals
I think that’s right @Shadey
I tried finally the weed with my mates, and it’s the smoothest thing I’ve ever smoked. It has really chill effects, love it. I’m not the best when it comes to describe effects and flavors but I think it smells like orange, but I can be completely wrong. Everything gets smooth, this is awesome to relax. I’ll talk with my mates to know their input about the effects too. This just makes me want to grow more. Much better than what we buy at the street and I have the advantage to be able to grow the strains I want, so if I want something more euphoric I can just grow it next time. There was a guy with us and he said the weed was too dried but after he tried he said it was really good so he may be wrong
The strain I smoked may be the quick one from RQS but I’m not sure. I’ll try to confirm it next time I try it.
Type: Sativa 10% Indica 60% Ruderalis 30%

New update to the spot, we painted some buckets, but we’ll paint also with brown spray to camo it more. I brought more buckets of water to change the one currently in the blumat’s tank. It’s too dirty and it may clog the blumat system.
About the plants, they seem to be recovering from the transplant, I hope they like their new soil much richer than the other one. I’m not sure if the yellowing at the edges is due to overfert but I’ll leave them alone to see if they get used to it.
Alaskan purple, this one was the most affected with the roots problem.
I know it’s a little bit late for this girls but this is more to get experience with photoperiods than anything else. Next year, I’ll pop them earlier.
New update guys, this time I’ll post way less frequently because I need to drive to the spot and then do a 30min hiking to get there. So I’ll go there once in every 2 weeks something like that just to refill the blumat water bucket. This time when we arrived, it started raining for some hours so we got a little bit wet but atleast my girls were well watered. I couldn’t finish up painting the buckets because they were all wet so we delayed it again. We have still 2 different green sprays and 1 brown to camouflage them. We’ve been working on the camouflage in the spot and I’ll put here some pics for you to see. I still need to change it a little bit more so it looks less human made and more like bushes or some shit like that. Here are the pics:
As you can see, this spot isnt the best in terms of sunlight, but its way safer than the other which was in a opening. I think the girls will stretch but nothing I can do about it.
