I have to carry the 22L buckets through the mountain. I take that if I only need to do it 2 times per month.

Yeah, it really sucks when you lose like over half of your production in the end to mold 
but we learn from the experience and for this girls I’ll do my best to get a proper drying room for them. They will grow in the wild, with a shit ton of LIFTA but in the end I’ll babysit them the whole drying week. No more losses like that.

This spot is very windy, so enough airflow there. Then, I’ll try to setup a drying room with some fans, dehumidifier and I’ll see if a heater is needed. I hope I can manage to do a drying room. It will be hard because of the smell, I need to investigate more about filters, and things to remove the smell.

Ya if you could get that set up it would definitely be more ideal. Also completely trimming all the leaves when wet might make them less prone to mould.

New update to the spot, the girls are getting tall. Probably stretching because they get less sun but still growing well. I finished up painting the buckets and got some nice pics to show you, they are probably going to flower soon. Excited to see the buds again, the smell is amazing.

You can see sometimes they are shaded, it’s because of the big pine tree above them. I was there around midday, and sometimes they would be shaded and others receiving direct sun because the pine tree above them doesn’t shade a lot, there are way worse trees that make more shade.

I had to manually water the plants this time because the blumat system had a problem. The small tubes (3mm) that are connected to the main tube (8mm) had many cuts, first I thought it was because some were stretched too much but then I realized it was happening in non stretched ones. I think it’s some animal biting them, but I’m not sure. For now I have cut the bad tube parts and some tubes are reduced to really small parts so next time I go there I will replace some of the small tubes. If you have any idea in how to prevent this, feel free to share
Just another thing, we did an estimative of the quantity we got from the last grow, and we ended up achieving atleast 500g, but we lost most of it to mold and to police because of the problems my friend had. We still have around 130g so still have some but it won’t last for too long, I’m sure

Why are you showing that plant what is going to happen to it. This is very stressful to plants and should not be done

Hi my friend! Portugal has an excellent climate to grow weed and you’ll find a lot of people who smoke here and you can also get acess to moroccan hash if you know the right people, but growing here is not easy. Weed isnt legal here, its just decriminalized. You can have up to 25g of weed and 5g of hash for personal consumption but above that you can be arrested for traficking. The same goes for weed plantations (growing weed in portugal it’s illegal, except if you are able to get an exclusive license which is very hard to obtain), if police finds you harvesting like 10 plants you’ll probably end up with 2 years of suspended sentence, but if they cant connect the plants to you, you may get away without any problems. The problem comes when you want to grow 100,or 500 plants. That will give you some years of jail because they Will arrest you for traficking. Good news is you can get a license to grow weed but it is very hard. We currently have several canadian companies growing in our country and they need to have security 24h in the plantation and eletrified wires around it. Anyway, I think legalization will occur soon and then it Will be much easier to get an license to grow. If you really want to grow here, I still think it’s possible. If you get a propriety in the middle of nowhere, like Alentejo, which is south of lisbon and has a lot of sun and it’s really dry, so you wont have problems of mold probably, you may be able to grow 100 plants without anyone disturbing you because most people in portugal wont be able to recognize a weed plant, even smokers sometimes dont know whats a weed plant. The trick is to go to a place with almost no one and be sure you hide your plantation well from sky view, probably try to build a greenhouse or have other vegetation around the plants and I think you will be good to go. Alentejo is probably your best choice, it’s a really cheap place to live and buy terrains and it’s in the interior, it’s countryside, and has a low population. And after some years, you’ll be able to legalize it probably.
Edit: I was talking About outdoor grow, if you want to go indoor which I think its a little bit of waste because of our good outdoor conditions, you will probably be safe, especially if you are in countryside. Most of people grow indoor here because of the safety.

At the moment, probably you can only grow legally in some states of USA, canada, uruguay and south africa, maybe a few more but I dont know. I hope soon portugal gets on that list because there is so much potential here, and it would end with the criminal organizations that currently control the weed market here. I really want to be able to grow in my garden without any worries, that’s all 
In the above stated country it’s illegal to grow, full stop.
However what will be in the near future allowed is only CBD strains and lower than 0.3% THC. Mostly for medicinal purposes and the byproducts for industry.
There are some companies already licensed for this. Cantanhede has the largest facility.
In Fundão, a city in the heart of the country there is a small business owner by a Portuguese and two Dutchmen, that is trying to get going and waiting for authorization and looking for partners.
Marroco, of what I heard, is a country where you can grow it without problems, but once the plant is collected and dried/processed it becomes a crime. Spain has some sort of way around their laws.

You did, just before I had time to edit my post maybe we all can grow, not just reserved to some multi million dollar company, worldwide just like you sow a potato or tomato. When that day arrives I think we all will be a bit happier, and hippier heheh. Must have faith.
If the U s of A did it there’s still hope. Think the first step would be getting rid of the stigma behind.
