Here is a better look at my DJ shorts blueberry.
For comparison they are next to the Oaxaca started on the same day.
They really mean it when they say the oaxaca is a long flowering sativa. No only is the leaf structure there, you can also see the sativa heritage by how slowly the ox is rooting. Here is the bb whose roots are moving very quickly vvvv
Now the oaxaca roots that are barely moving. vvvv.
I know many are going to gasp at the thought of me breeding this one to the blueberry. And quite possibly to the bad decisions as well.
The purpose of the breeding is so to not only ad d flavor, but to also speed up the ox. This will also give the cross a good deal of indica which I can’t live without.
I plan on producing a flavorful purple cross that hits like a volt of lightning to the spine. vvvv
^^^^ Once after a couple of hits of Nympho An image flashed through my mind resembling the above pic. It was like I could see how the nerves in my brain was reacting to the Nympho. It was as if a volt is lightning had hit me in the top of my head causing me to become combined with the universe. A purple strain that could command that much power will be an awesome creation.
My bud isn’t for the timid because my Nympho will instantly rip the barriers from the subconscious and bring all that’s hidden into the light.
vvvv Here is my (lvtk x Nympho) x (bbk x n) x Nympho) yellow = my pollen donor. It vegged quickly and is stacking bud very quickly. The original lvtk was a huge producer, However it moved very slowly.
The green = my second pick… it s staking bud like the original lvtk so maybe later it will produce high yields like her as well.
blue is stacking nicely but is moving slowly compared to the yellow and green.
Red…. Will probably be culled unless it has some super awesome terps. The only reason it still here is to see what it’s terps are like. I can easily speed it up in a later cross if it has some awesome terps.
There in not much to tell from within the the group so I will single out my pollen donor and explain why this one is chosen to father my next generation. vvvv
Here she is next to my
#2 pick green. It’s better in every way. Her first terps she that she is putting out is like a lemony weeding cake. In love. It gonna be interesting to sss what the other put out. vvvv
Now let’s get into some “real breeding”. The first thing the average breeder would do is breed to plants from this group together…… as if they didn’t see the 4 different phenos that the cross produced. Which is usual when making crosses.
But as a breeder I have to think a head an produce something to breed my find to. For real, what is the purpose of a good find and not have anything to breed it to. Jmo.
So I select the best pheno from the cross. …but guess what? Sitting next to it is my (lvtk x Nympho)x Nympho). Circled in pink vvvv…
This is the plant that I will cross to my pollen donor… Why?
Because it shows the same fast growth and fast flowering of the (lvtk x bbk) cross…. remember this is “big boy breeding”. I’m breeding in a direction. To breed the pollen donor to one of its siblings will create a cross that will be hard to line out, homogenize because the random of the cross will be stacked. Brothers do what you want to do, but that’s not how I do it.
By crossing these to plants I ensure my vigor and flowering speed will stay up to par. After all, isn’t that what breeding is all about. Also this plant is 3/4 Nympho, I’m using it as a safety net to ensure the potency of the cross.
The terps is lemon skunky and gassy…. Also remember this plant mom is my rks cross… so it also carry the rks. I’m always thinking about my next step in my breeding program.
The pollen donor is also a rks carrier and it already has a nice nose to it. Combined, who knows what can happen. It’s gonna be like happy hour at sonic.
Vigor, yields, nose, terps, skunk, flavor, potency…. So all the basics are covered. The only thing this plant is missing is some color. So hopefully I get some due to be bbk that’s inside.
I think ahead, so don’t forget about the bad decision and blueberry that both produce color… as well as a beautiful flavor.
At the end of the day, I will combine my Deuces, to the Blue Ox, to my Lemon Killa <<<Lvtk combo.
Everything is related, but lined out into separate strains. So at any point I can recombine them to make newer more exciting strains. I’m talking that “one hitter quitter” smoke that everyone dreams about. Even in purple form…. The future is now brother. Fly High with the Nympho.
