79 Christmas bud IBL #7

Got a breeder pack of Xmas bud ibl awhile back. This is plant #7. No luck so far on finding that old school pine. Not that chemical Pine like you just walked out of an evergreen forest kind of fine this one’s getting flipped in a couple weeks let’s see what we get.

@OriginalDankmaster96 and I believe @darkillusion are doing some work in the same pursuit.

Those were called Christmas bud cuz they were ready at that time of year.
Occasionally get some pine but not something that is consistent.
The original seeds came from a bale out of port Charlotte harbor in the late seventies that hailed out of Jamaica.
Did really well outdoors in west central Florida which is why I kept it going.
I would just set a small patch aside and leave the males for seed stock for the following season.
I gave them to ndnguy and he passed them out like a legend.

Right on. I know what I’m looking for isn’t exactly in this but I’m trying to find that Evergreen Pine that I had back in the 90s.

OK then! :grinning: As I read the first lines I’m wondering 'hmm how’s this cat know?

Enough said. :+1: I have some of the Pirates/Humboldt seeds from some years ago & am hoping it will cross well/interestingly.
