A Question For All You Bongsters

I totally agree, @ifish. Normally, having an extra joint is a plus. In this unusual situation, having an extra joint is definitely a disadvantage. GASP!

After a month hit the bong without the filter and tell us what it’s like
: )

@mota I have my screen sitting snug in bottom wrinkle / crease in glass so it locked in place

@ifish, that’s a good idea. I noticed the screen moving around while I was loading the carbon. I’ve gotta look at that as soon as I hit that puppy one more time. For scientific purposes only, you understand.

You hit it like 20year old again lol

@ifish, how full do you fill the reservoir? Have you ever had the bowl stem pick up carbon?

I don’t know about hittin’ it like a 20 year old again, but big as shit it is a seriously superior device!

Put in filter , then pour in carbon from the top then clean wipe inside of joint
I fill juuuuust past the dot
You will have to play and adjust for 45 degree angle

Maybe don’t place in till bong at 45 degrees
Won’t take you long to master for future 45degree stem people
( a bit of wood with hole drilled as joint / bowl filter holder might be handy to place it in when bong at rest to keep filter and bowl at vertical separite from bong )

Thank you once again, @ifish! Of course, if I get an angle adapter, that kind of defeats the reason for a new bong.

The hit I just took really brought home for me how much better hits taste. I have no idea why it was that hit. Drawing the smoke through the filter (carbon, in this case) before the water is a far superior to after the water. A serious upgrade.

Have you hit the dirty yellow smoke recently , to laugh at the difference ? @mota

that’s one for the history books, eh? :joy::rofl:

You must mean to hack at the difference! ROFLMAO

(The sound of me taking as deep a breath as I can these days…) I must say no yellow smoke recently! And that, my friend, is thanks to you! d8JBdDJ BTW, Mrs. mota thanks you too! smile1

I would get a bigger bong. Smaller one doesn’t do it for me. I get the harsh taste. My favorite is called solid rock I tried to find a picture of it. 18mm bowl. I use a one hitter on it. It needs cleaning.
I just broke one. It was $100 bong. Sucks. It’s almost like you need to have a funeral. I needed to get some new brushes the other day.

@ifish, shitfucksticks. Look what I did today.

I knew I should have ordered two. One to use, and one to keep as a spare for when the first one breaks (like now). But no, instead I’m ordering two now, not before that one broke. And they come from freakin’ Germany!

Mad mad bear

I’ve always been scared that a piece of glass may fall off or something . Next thing is down in my lungs . It sucks when you break a piece of glass . Especially if it was expensive .
