AC Infinity, Gorilla or SF?

That’s where I’m at too. I like the extra height I have in the gorilla, but the ac infinity feels more quality to me.

What style do you like the best?

I know the question is for imstinky but I have the curved tip, coated blade Chikimasa snips and they’re awesome. I love the razor sharp blades and not having a spring helps with longer trim sessions.

I have a mars hydro 2x4 that’s 5 years old being run constantly in excellent shape.

I’m quite gentle with it though. Quality tent at least as of 5 years ago.

So, what’s the deal with the extra height, I heard this a few times now. I’ve always just trained the plant but then I don’t have a lot of experience with sativa but figured you could train them to a degree.

This is why. I had a plant stretch 5x and I would have been totally screwed in a short tent.

I recently bought a 2x4 spider farmer that has a few extra inches in each direction (28x54) which helps it fit a 2x4 active aqua flood tray which measures 28.5x52.5 and it is a fantastic tent: Excellent thickness and zipper, no leaks, 100% solid. If I buy another 2x4 it will be this same model.

It will be a non-issue for most of you I’m sure but for me stealth shipping of grow components (lights, tents, fans etc.) is really important as I am in an illegal state. AC Infinity very proudly and boldly advertises the contents of all their products that they ship. Just got these in the mail yesterday for instance.

That is the packaging as it arrived to my door.

These are the ones I have. I actually have 2 pair with another set on a gift list because I want some for trimming and some for cuttings.

Hmmm

I say if you go with ACI you won’t be disappointed @Taproot

You have to order through Amazon (you can almost ALWAYS find a 15% discount code too) and then select hide what’s inside when going through shipping options. @LoveDaAutos I too had something show up like that… A 3’x3’ cardboard box with the 8" carbon filter inline fan kit on all sides. Even being in a legal state I didn’t really like people knowing my shit.

Edit … it was my 6" kit. The 8" kit isn’t actually too bad for them

There is an option to ship in an Amazon box :package: and not the original box :package:, but you have to check it.:ok_hand::+1::facepunch::sunglasses:

i have a couple gorilla tents. one 4x4 regular and one 2x4 lite.theyre great no zipper issues, sturdy frame etc. but they do have pinholes galore.
if i was buying again i wouldt pay for premium like gorilla. id probably research reviews on zipper function and then pick the budget tent that had the openings and duct ports where i want them. my guess is they all will have some small lite leaks.
my buddy just got a vivosun 2x4 thats not bad. came with high cfm bars for 120

I like ACI but you should see their “high cfm” tent pole kit. What a frickin engineering disaster.

Just out of curiosity…what is the opinion on mars? It looks a lot like vivosun. I do like the dimensions…2 1/2 x 5 x 8. I really wish AC or GG made a 3x6 or 3x8. A 3x6 would be perfect for me.

What’s odd is while this particular size is available on amazon…it’s not even listed on the mars website.
