I’m very serious, ive met this 75 year old man. He can’t hardly stand. Legs shake and wobble like he’s dancing. Vietnam war vet. Can cannabis help with his nerve damage. The u.s.a. government, the ones that poisoned him says there’s nothing they can do. Help me help him.please

It can help with parkinsons patients by relieving their shaking. Maybe try cbd with low level or no thc oil. You can bump it up from there if he’s receptive.

exposure to agent orange can bring on parkinsons later in life as well as a long list of other problems. If you can get CBD into him, I would. also, maybe try some low dose edibles and work up from there until he gets some relief. ive seen edibles help a lady with fairly advanced parkinsons find some relief from her pain and tremors. maybe whip up a tincture if you can get some everclear

How would one go about this, and how is it to be used???
I was trying to do it to pay my bills, but I could never get it outta the back of my head that this is medicine, and now I know someone that it acually might help. I can’t find it in me to watch and do nothing if I can acually help, and I would want no money in exchange for medicine. For the stoners I would charge for buzz weed, but for someone like him I could never charge. I’m going to go buy a vapor pen now and take to him. Do y’all think that’s what I should do???

The store I went to didn’t have vapor pens. They did have all kind of edibles. From powder to pills candy bars. So I bought him two lollipops and a bag of gummy bears. He told me that some time back he took a hit off a joint, said to the peoples it didn’t do nothing, they said it takes a cple mins. He took 2 or 3 more hits and said a cple mins later he could even walk he was so high. So I told him take it slow on the gummy bears just to see if it helps, not to over do it.
Just doing what I can.

green dragon tincture is easy. break up your buds and decarb. put them in a jar and pour grain alcohol over the material until about an inch above the decarbed bud. put a lid on the jar and place in a cabinet for a few weeks. give it a little shake every morning. after at least two weeks, strain it and you can be done here and have a potent tincture or you can cook off some of the alcohol. be careful when doing this. in a double boiler, use a silicon spatula and a nonstick pan and heat the tincture over medium heat with plenty of ventilation. don’t use a heat source with an open flame. heat and stir until you have reduced the tincture by about 1/2 or 2/3rds. it will thicken up some. use a small funnel and put it into a brown glass eye dropper bottle. test it by putting a quarter dropper full in a glass of water or a beer or just right on your tongue. cooking it down makes it have less of an everclear burn on the tongue and also take a smaller amount to get the right effects. its been awhile since i made it so if someone here comes along and revises my method and id listen to them but that’s the basics of a good alcohol tincture recipe.

I personally think they’re 99% crap; 1% being the people who grew their bud & made oil & are vaping their own, knowing what’s in it.
But I still think they’re crap. 
I tried some CO2 “clear” 98%THC cartridges, blew through a gram in about 8 hours, got really stoned, slept a bit, but never got the 
medical benefit that flower has.
Depending on how the stuff is extracted, it probably has zero of it’s original non-THC components, which are ESSENTIAL!
It’s probable that super high, party-scene THC isn’t for this guy but it’ll be all up to gentle & thoughtful experimentation. I don’t even notice a 125mg edible but they make my 75 yr old, non-consuming Dad high for 5 days. 
As long as he knows to take it easy & not dive right in, it should be safe.
‘whole plant’ RSO (roots & all) is DIY only I assume, & suspect it has add’l benefits.

I just missed that war by a few years. Pure Hell. I know several that were in it. The horror stories they tell. Just living with the memories takes a more bad ass than any of the rest are. My hat off and placed over my heart for ANYBODY that has seen combat!

Who would of ever thought, before getting in to growing, the things there are to learn about this plant and growing it. From the first step to the last, is a 4yr college course. Just the things I’ve learned benefits me more than my high school education. And I only know a little of it. I’ve even taught several people how to read a tape measure with weed. Whole bags, half bags, qtr bags, 1/8’s etc.

my father was there in 68-69’. lost 90% of his unit in the 1st 3months. he hated all asians for the rest of his life and never talked about it. my mother told me stories of when they were 1st. married. he would have nightmares and sometimes cry through the night. horrible how they were treated when they came back. he hated all hippie types . told us of the hippies spitting on them when they landed at LAX coming back home.
