Broke a big lower branch about halfway off doing lst last night. Applied some aloe sap to the broken joint and hope for the best. No tape this time.

It sounds like you have some experience with growing autos. Do you lollipop them at some point? If so when? This tent is getting really full and I’m thinking some skirt maintenance will be required. Also thanks for your input
Those look gorgeous!! Very nicely grown autos. My 2 cents, I’d take off the bottom most leaves that aren’t getting good light any more, just to give better air flow.

I do lollipop them down low if the canopy is really thick. Not as extreme as a photo maybe, but I still do it.
But I’m also not afraid to top autos either, and some folks say you shouldn’t do that with an auto… 
I’m not sure if my auto growing methods should be trusted! 
But, I think a little bit of lower canopy thinning won’t hurt, and especially if you’re having any airflow or humidity problems
Air flow and humidity aren’t an issue right now but the canopy is so thick I think the bottoms are gonna be too far away from my 400 wats to get good light. How far along in the grow would you do it on autos? I do photos around day 21f.thanks for the vote of confidence!
Can do. I’m just not sure when is best to clean them up. I have a feeling these 4 are still gonna stretch another foot or 2 believe it or not
