What a trip to stumble back on this site, even more so to find out you all have been back up and running for years at this point!
I was a member from 2004 until shut down, floated around briefly afterwards at Planet Ganja and ICMag, but once the dust settled nothing was the same as OG. Eventually I went dark from the online scene, and just kept growing with my head down all of these years. I’m still running early veg and clones under my magnetic switchable 250w circa 2008, and still running late veg and flowering under my digital switchable 600w cooltube from 2012 haha.
I learned pretty much everything I know from this site back in the day from cloning to nutrient deficiencies. I started out with the CFL microgrow crowd in a 1 sqft stealth box I built with guides on here. I still remember that grow dude had in a buried shipping container with escape tunnels and all, wild stuff. This site literally inspired a generation of growers.
Crazy how much has changed in all aspects of this hobby over the years. I came out of the dark recently to research upgrading my aging MH/HPS gear to modern LED fixtures - never thought I’d see the day if you asked me 13 years ago. Obviously I have a lot to catch up on.
Happy to be back here and of course a big congrats goes out to weed for winning the war on drugs.

I found OG in 2000 or 2001 and stayed 'til I quite growing in 2006. Started growing in the mid-90s. Read all the books, traveled to BC to buy genetics from Marc, all that. I did OK but the stuff I learned from OG users was game changing. When I got back into growing and found out OG was back, I was stoked! Been lurking here for a couple months and decided it was time to jump back in.

I spent a lot of time on here back in college. Learned a lot and put it into practice in my closet. (Mom wasn’t too happy about that! 
I think I had the same username back then but I can’t really remember. Anywho…I have my own place, kids, and a wife that I love. Most of all I live in a legalized state now and I have a grow license. So I’ll be reading up a ton on what all you mad scientists have been inventing this long cold OG winter, planning a grow, and of course keeping a diary on here the whole way!

I have no idea what platform I posted pictures to. It was 2002 and I uploaded a bunch of my ‘treehouse’ grow. Since I have had no luck coming up with finding these pics. I have since found some of the photos in question on an old computer… but there was a website I put a tone of photos that no longer can be found… I wish I knew where the hell they ended up… been searching on and off for ages. No luck yet. Any other weed pic hosting sites which had stood the test of time which may be worth searching?! Damn. Some memories just want to stay memories. Who needs proof anyway?
