Oh man, that looks good. We had some chain restaurant fish yesterday, but fresh is so much better.
My homemade tarter sauce can not be beat by anything out of a package or restaurant either.

I know Pil is popular in SK and I agree Kokanee is more west coast unless you go to the microbreweries which you have some good ones there.

I was acting out. Hahaha. It’s my uncles (dad’s bro) favorite, and we all drink Kokanee. My uncle thought it was hilarious. Dad was not impressed, especially because he was out of beer and had to drink the pil
