They’re swelling nicely. Some of the trichs are starting to swell nicely as well.
Bad news in the last Pic. Evidence that my ladies have been violated. I looked everywhere I could see, and I could not find the offending nanners. Next grow I plan to use stakes, so I can pull them out and look them over. The net saved someone today. I was a bit concerned using some bag seeds. It is what it is.
This grow is a great baseline and practice run for what is coming. The genetics will get much better from here on out.
We have green lights up in our grow area now. This way if there are any light leaks (passive vents included) it shouldn’t get us next time. They are on a timer, so the regular lights go green when the tent gets its dark period. I have a feeling the other lights may have gotten us this time around. We will slowly improve until we get this down. It’s a bit more complicated then throwing some plants outside
Lookin good bruv! All that Badger love is paying off.
Lactobacillus serum will always smell sour but, as you noted, it’s not a rotten stink. I use that stuff for all kinds of things. Used it to open a blocked drain the other day. I always use blackstrap molasses then it goes into the fridge.
The worst part of the stink went away pretty fast after they activated. I have been using them in all my water, and plan to unleash them on the chicken coop this summer.
Blue kush update, finally. I’m not too impressed with the growth of these, but the smoke is supposed to be pretty dang good so no worries. The shortest is 3.5 inches, and the tallest is 5 inches. The leaves look like they could saw a finger off to me. The rest of the seedlings are starting to show sex, but none of these are yet.
Re: mulch - I’ve been trying to find a good mulch to use myself. Everything I’ve seen locally has been huge chunks or containing cedar. I can’t remember exactly why not to use cedar mulch though.
