Is that to play music for your plants? The guy at the clone store told me he did an experiment w music. The plants liked the vibrations of Classical but that Rock and Reggae “made the plants sad”. Maybe too “thumpy” in bass? IDK.

I’m definitely not buying a $300 bluetooth speaker for my plants. If I did that I’d hope someone would have me committed. I just liked the Bodhi logo for aesthetics.
I just want something to sit on my desk here at home. I have one of these coveted work from home jobs in the IT field. I don’t get to leave home very often… I work a lot but I have a nice desk/workstation setup with dual 4K monitors, dual PCs & a laptop. I spent close to $5K in parts on my personal computer… its a beast. I can have Overgrow or any site open with a seperate mini keyboard and mouse for one machine while I’m working with another. I wanted the Bluetooth speaker mainly so I can listen to Howard Stern while I work but it’s portable so I can also take it with me when I travel. I like to fly to Vegas a couple times a year so it’d be nice to bring with me.

in lue of the HP being retired, id like to ask everyone which is their favorite HP cross? i havent grown that many (only 3 i think) but i was quite into the spirit hashplant and would like to revisit that again.

Time Bandit had really great indica effects. Can’t go wrong w an OG x HP. Not great yield but potent top shelf flower. Creeper that sat me on my ass.
DLA 10? (Fat Cherry x HP) and Blueberry HP were good but less memorable. Both more hybid-like.
A friend grew DLA 4 (Kashmir x HP) and loved it.
I also grew and loved Skywalker OG so Red Eye Jedi i would recommend. Also not a great yield but so euphoric!
And i grew and loved Mother’s Milk so Mother’s HP probably would be very nice.

Had a pheno of Devil’s HP (Diablo OG x 88g13hp) that smelled like church when vaporized and is my favorite that I’ve tried so far.
Tried : Lemon Hashplant , Jungle Spice , Herer Hashplant (1 only), Golden Hashplant, Blueberry Hashplant (1 only), Black Triangle, Redeye Jedeye, and Devils Hashplant.
Your Spirit HP in the other thread looks great by the way.

My favorites so far were imperial majesty and more cowbell but I have a bunch of HP crosses to try in the future to add to/change that.

I was having a hard time remembering which ones I’ve grown haha, but yeah, like whisperer said, the Time Bandits were very good. I actually bought a backup pack of those after I grew four of those out. The friends of mine who tried that one were also extremely, uh, enthusiastic about it.
I loved the Imperial Majesty, too. That might actually be my favorite GHash cross.
Clusterfunk was awesome, I dunno if those seeds are still around, though.
And even though syzygy wasn’t thrilled with the Golden Hashplant he grew, I fucking loved mine. That actually might be my favorite cross, now that I think about it, but I haven’t grown too many of the HP hybrids. I have a shitload in the fridge, though, was thinking about planting one of them for the upcoming grow.
You sit there and you look at the new releases and you go,”Maaaan, I’m fucking sick of these 88G13HP things…” and then you miss it when the jars are empty haha…
I thought that Monarch cross sounded pretty dang good, too. I wasn’t ever really a fan of the straight Louis when it was all over the place here, but it seems like a good one to have. If I wasn’t so loaded up on seeds, I woulda bought a pack of that cross. I dunno why exactly haha, but I would have.
Maybe it’s just because I’m getting older haha…

Ya it’s a numbers game in a sense too, but those Golden HPs that I sampled weren’t bad or even disappointing. Reminded me a lot of the majority of the pack of Black Triangle that I went through (HP dominant?). My first Devil’s HP female was actually pretty disappointing yet one of the other Devil’s HPs is my favorite of all 88g crosses. I think really the k4xssdd just resonated with my personal preference / tastes more than anything and overshadowed the Golden HP that run. I think that I enjoy the plants that lean to the SSDD dad side of things more than the plants that lean 88g13hp.
Like you I have too many to sort through still that there’s no point in thinking about more. Interested to see what others find in the new stuff regardless.

i must say if bodhi is ceasing the 88g13hp crosses… Grandma’s Hashplant should not be overlooked. (irene x88g13hp). I was one of the original testers before it was named and I held the keeper i found in the tester seeds for 4 or 5 years. I let the cut go last summer and regret it now but I have more packs just in case hehehe

We’ve probably discussed this already (pretty positive we have), but I despised the Black Triangle and didn’t think it was anything like the one Golden HP plant I grew. BUT, like you said, it’s a numbers game.
Probably should have looked through more of those BT’s instead of giving away the remaining pack-and-a-half, but it’s too late now… haha.

I still have some, maybe like five or six (seeds, not packs haha). Thanks, though. Honestly, even if I didn’t have any left, I wouldn’t grab them just because I have way too many packs as it is.

Grew the blueberry hash plant outdoors a few years back. They were big and frosty and kinda early if I remember right
