nice thing with the males is, you can still make reg seeds with no females. Just reverse the male(s) with Florel. The seeds will be 75/25 male/female f2s.

@HolyAngel how is using florel safety wise since it’s near my living space? Because of my selection style, I trash a lot of good males and think this is a great idea.

You want gloves and a mask. No fans. You do NOT want it touching you nor inhaling it, but otherwise pretty straight-forward to use.

I ran Garfunkle outside a few yrs ago in the northeast. Finished 3rd week October, but was a bit prone to pm. My pheno had super strong branching and responded beautifully to topping creating a level flat top, candelabra style almost. Tight hashplant style nugs, medium/ high density. Fermented pineapple type terps. Nice body relaxation as the high evolved with a healthy dose of mind introspection at the start. Not crazy sleepy, but no prob going to sleep, if that makes sense. Garfunkle outdoor 2020 Topped a few times, harvested mid October. Mild susceptibility to pm, but my methods have also improved since then too… Rotten pineapple thing to them. Potency was a 7-8, not super sleepy, but not a big motivator either. It wasn’t my favorite jar form what I grew that year, but nothing wrong with it either. Made f2s and a couple crosses. I did get alcoholic bum in a dumpster from DLA16. I’m not sure the dumpster cut got its name from its smell though.
