Bodhi Plant and seed guide (Part 2)

Let me just retract all of this… as @minitiger proved to not at all be what I implied… my apologies @GroundUpCannabisFarm … some people are just arrogant asses that need fed their own teeth

Lets face it if someone says something that is just not popular the flagging and whinging begin whether its correct or not.

Na that just isn’t true… you haven’t been here long enough to know I don’t think bro… this place is by far the best … it’s like family… we don’t always get along… but we do love each other at the end of the day @arb… then again… I’ve only been here a month longer than u lol… but I know this to be fact… let me reiterate and retract… apparently you are spot on … funny… all the snide mouths open until someone gets that way back… then all the little screams for mods to help… hilarious! Yet pathetic…

Drama in here is rare and usually short lived compared to other places. Even trolls are higher quality. Im still not over the guy who kept saying 6ft tents were part of a conspiracy to light-burn plants. My fav.

@minitiger is definitely a dick. I think that is why I like him so much and appreciate the fuck out of his posts.

On a serious note,

Positive vibes…

Not to pile on but to me it’s Bodhi related. There aren’t that many people posting such in-depth and high quality reviews of Bodhi’s less-tested strains as @minitiger . Also if his posts are read with-out thin skin and examined they tend to be very helpful, friendly and stimulate the conversation. The post you are responding to was very civil for instance. To me his presence here is valued and as fans of Bodhi’s work you have that in common at least.

Private messaging or just ignoring is probably a more productive path to resolve issues anyways. Appreciate what you bring to the conversation often too, if you can’t resolve your issues it isn’t difficult to ignore someone. Again we’re all fans of Bodhi here…

Here’s a Nikah that’s getting flipped tonight, after 81 days of vegging haha:

She was left on a 14/10 schedule for a month, started flowering about a week ago, but tonight’s the first “official flowering light schedule” light schedule, 11/5/12.5. Pretty stoked about it. I’m for sure ready to officially flower her haha.

And here’s a few random pictures of one of Bodhi’s Apollo 11 f4’s I grew a few years back, second run. I just wanted to post some of them because I don’t wanna scare anybody off with any of my “toxicity”:

Here’s a couple old-ass pictures of some of Bodhi’s Pinball Wizard that I grew like three or four years ago. I hope these pics aren’t too “toxic” for anybody who might stumble across them:

Here’s a few Cherry Trance pics from the same grow as the Pinball Wizard. I really need to emphasize that I don’t mean to be “toxic” here when I post these pics; hopefully everybody here can handle this and doesn’t pick up on any sorta toxicity:

Those are two different Cherry Trances, obviously. Here’s some close-ups:

I hope these pics don’t “single-handedly” chase anybody off.

Fuck this I’m out of here. Going back to RIU :joy:

I don’t think I’ve ever actually posted pics of this one Goji I grew like five or six years ago, but I thought it was a pretty interesting-looking plant. Despite the way it looked, it was actually the most goji berry-tasting plant of all the Gojis that I’ve grown.

I hope you guys don’t think they’re too toxic…

This is a Bodhi thread. If anybody wants to talk about “toxicity” and “chasing off plenty of good people,” you’re welcome to post pics and grow logs of your Bodhi gear right here on overgrow in order to steer the conversation back to where you’d like it. You can post pics on this thread or you can start your very own log, with pics all the way through from veg to flower to chop to smoke report.

I notice that not a lot of people do that, unfortunately. I’m here for it, though. That’s the only reason I’m here, actually.

And with that keeping it bodhi mood:

I’m pretty sure @Hillbill had grown Babylon buster (dread bread x hp) in another forum so it’d be nice to compare results.

But in my case I grew one female (1gal pot) and I loved everything about the it except the smell/taste which was very generic/forgetably undescribable - otherwise we’re talking about a solid high (not really stoner, well balanced), no fuss, vigorous growing plant. Structure wise its dense, hard, decent yielder.

I decided not to grow any of the others for the simple fact that I’d rather try with dread bread.

Do it, dude! Those Dread Breads I grew last run are fucking AWESOME.

I am gonna plant some of those Babylon Busters at some point, though. I’m pretty curious to see how the Mango Biche/OMG works with the GHash dad.

I promise you, though, that any pics or words you write re: the Dread Breads you plant won’t be taken “toxicly” by me. For real… haha.

Dude! @minitiger did I totally fall off your other thread and miss that nikah? I definitely have to see what that thing has in it!

Yeah me too. More Bodhi… less toxicity

Baba Kush - 38 days into flowering

Never mind the fungus gnats, if you spot any, they got outta hand for a minute. The one in the last photo is my favorite, by smell and resin coverage, but everyone that’s looked in the tent has gravitated towards the broadleaf totem pole one. Maybe there’s something special with that one that’s drawing everyone in? The true test is always in the smoke…

Most of 'em are smelling SSDD dominate, dank, creamy, fruity, buttery… but my favorite leans more towards the Bubba side I’m guessing, not as fruity, more OG smelling. I’m excited to check out the F2’s.

Edit:
Better look at the one in the back middle.

Broadleaf one

ooh those are all looking particularly kushy to me!
I think I’d go with your choice on that last one too.

Here’s a couple SSDD F1’s I grew out not too long ago
This one was pure Sour Butter and should’ve been topped.

Got a bit warm tho, hence the foxtails…

And this one was all chocolate and hash

Both of these were the only one’s like themselves in two packs.

Oh, sure, only the indoor growers get to be nontoxic.

;p

It’s killing me not to have a heated indoor space to work with. Nice work, people.

Where is that from?

Haha, no, I haven’t started a thread for that Nikah yet, probably will in a few weeks. I had that one and a couple others vegging foreverrrrrrr, thought I was gonna flip them a few weeks ago, but then I realized that the stuff that I started a month after the Nikah et al would still be on the veg schedule and lights-on/off would be all different times and shit, so I just let them veg a while longer while the other stuff got caught up.

It’s kind of a shitshow right now haha, but I finally flipped everything tonight, pretty stoked about it. That Nikah for sure has gotten pretty unruly, though. I didn’t even realize how, uh, bushy she was until I posted that pic haha.

Hahaha! Yes! I too have found that when it’s time to get serious, nothing conveys solemnity more than clips from Team America: World Police.

Stank’s funny…

@zephyr in order not to stop the cycle for 30 days, it would be required to consider the option of quartzizing the room. Between cycles, when possible for preventive purposes, I sterilize the room with a quartz lamp (after washing and cleaning, of course, as the last step). This procedure takes only a few hours. I’m not an expert in this field, so I can’t say how effective this procedure is for TMV and HpLVd, but you can contact specialists and consider this option.

My two non runt blue tara f1s- two distinct phenos. Top seems bubba ish, and bottom is more snow lotus - longer leaves and purple stems.
and 3 stunted runts - they are growing slowly. I think its just due to them being old seeds and maybe not stored right. 7/11 sprouted, 2 died, and every sprout needed help shedding the seed. The bottom one topped itself! ha.
