I’ve grown a few, never been disappointed in them. I’ve liked some more than others, but that’s always how it goes, with whatever. The thing with that Golden Hashplant that I thought was so cool was the way the flavors kept evolving and just got tastier the longer she cured. By the time I got to the last jar, it was pretty much like a really good glass of wine, where you pick up on all kinds of flavors for several minutes afterwards.
That’s what everybody says haha. Never grown it myself, but I didn’t really like the way the few hybrids of it I’ve grown made me feel.
You should check out syzygy’s thread and HolyAngel’s, too. They’re big fans of TK haha.

In addition to the Golden Triangle, I have Phone Home (TK x wookie15) and Nikah (TK x OMG) to go through at some point.
What were your favorite 88ghp crosses? I have Clusterfunk, Blood HP, HP 3, Lemon HP (lemon diesel), DLA 5.3, Razzberry HP, and Banana HP. I’ve only really seen stuff on the DLA and clusterfunk, yours included, and it makes me pretty excited to have a go. Seems like the kinda thing I would dig

I did grow one single female of that one, pictures are posted on this very thread. I couldn’t find the log of that one, musta been one of the logs that kinda melded from one grow to another, otherwise I’d link to it for your reading pleasure haha.
Like I said, I haven’t really enjoyed any of the TK hybrids I’ve grown, but syzygy and Holy are people who’s opinions I really value; if they say TK’s good, I believe them.

Haha… Umm… I dunno. I think that that 88G male is probably the “best”male that Bodhi’s used, though. The plants will (usually) look very similar no matter what female he was crossed to (there’ll be outliers, obviously), but they all smell/taste/smoke differently. I think it’s a really cool male that he found, not sure why people complain about it.

Not that I know of. And also, not that I would know, haha. I don’t do the social medias really. I got interested just from reading more about it in my own little bubble maybe 10 years ago when I got into bodhi, which led to my stellar experience with GT. Though thinking more about it, it’s just as likely I got some chemmy notes from the Appy dad (maybe more likely) than actually getting a TK leaner. I noted mine didn’t have that fat calyx look I’ve seen on TK’s around here. Ultimately I guess I’m trying to say that I’m trusting the many people like syzygy and holy who are fans of the TK and seem to hold it near the top of the kush cuts.
Sounds like the 88ghp is the perfect daddy! I myself maybe was initially turned off by the name and thinking they would all end up generic hashplant-y. I’m glad to hear they let the moms’ influences shine through. That makes me much more excited. Don’t think I could go wrong
I did find your Nikah pics earlier when searching for examples.
I am ashamed to post my sad girls right after your beautiful, healthy ladies, but figured it’s worth putting out there as another data point for SSDD. This was my second ever attempt so definitely still struggling with the feeding. But I was so happy with the results. These are from day 63f. One was more of a kush/chem profile, one was super flavorful buttery marshmallow, honestly can’t remember which was which. Both super happy and strong highs, enjoyed both immensely.
In my case I am not an expert or authority on the subject. I only just recieved the TK last fall. I haven’t sampled the other hype OG / Kush cuts to compare her to either. I really appreciate the effects that she brings and the Triple Sunshine keeper is the first pheno that I’ve found that the male seems to compliment the mother of the cross.
For me the TK produces some feel good euphoric / focus boosting effects and I don’t see any real benefit from introducing Afghani genetics into the mix. Others seem to value the cross though so it really just depends what you’re looking for. Nothing that I sampled in the Black Triangle or Golden Hashplant females I went through gave me the traits that I value from the mom. Phone Home to me sounds more interesting personally, but may still require a decent number to look through. Only Appy cross that I’ve tried has been SSDD but Golden Triangle always sounded good as well.
If looking for pure TK phenos then the CSI stuff seems like it’s probably a pretty good place to look. Awesome SSDD pics by the way!

2 of the phenotypes found are a little more spaced out per node; and are stretchier. I have one that’s more medium squat and better bud to node ratio; darker leaf and another similar with lighter leaf formation.
