Hey Islayhearts…
Great show and glad to see u here.
Good luck with your grows
Lovely plants! I’ll watch.
He is being modest, he grows very well! Will be a great show
Yeah. Healthy all around. Good ole Bodhi.
I grow okay. Im always trying to get better. I see some amazing plants on there forums. Modest maybe, just like to be real that my grow isn’t always on point.
Luckily I get great genetics to start with, that really really helps.
I appreciate the compliment @Jetdro, always watching your crazy grows!!! Made so many people try out the octos!
Hey bro, i wish i alwsys had grest grows but i am happy with good ones…lol
I have seen your grows…u do great.
Weekly update. Horrible pics but whatever.
Octopot chugging along, flipping on Sunday.
Side shot view of the other 6 ladies. 2 plants are clearly a different pheno as they are 2x stretch so far. 2 others are moderate growth, slow and steady. And the last 2 basically didn’t stretch at all, just straight into bud production.
Best part about the grow so far is zero expectations as I know nothing about the genetics Haha. I know they put out amazing seeds but that’s after they have been tested. Right now just enjoying the show and trying to keep them happy.
Just for note taking purposes, flipped octopot on Sunday 22nd of December.
Here we go. Mixed news today from tent. End of week 3, day 15 of actual bud production.
The tents…
All the plants, to see structure and height differences…
,
.And the problem, perhaps.
7
She is right in front of the zipper, so possible light leak. Picked of 6 or 7 male sacs, 2 of which were opened. She is also the only plant with no stretch, shorty.
Looking great so far although overwatered
Here we go!
So far, doing okay. #7 threw 16 Male flowers in first 3 weeks. Pollinated a few pistils but nothing crazy, I hope.
Octopot doubled in size it seems, maybe it’s just me. Cleaned up the under belly.
That Octo plant is looking a bit frail huh!!!
LMAO!!!
Throw any OG down yet, thinking 50 took care of you !!!
@Jetdro just trying to keep her happy thru flowering but she def likes her home currently!!
End of week 6 for pots, and end of week 3 for octopot basically…
Some color in the fade with a couple phenos. Overall im happy. I do have to go on record and say the hermie plant was my fault. Light leak through the zipper, that plant obviously right behind zipper. Maybe time for new tents…
Looking great in there! I’m loving the fade and colors on the potted plants. The leaves are being drained quick, so similar to my Strawberry Milk testers. Edit: Nevermind, found your soil mix and potting info.
I run 3 gal fabric pots with recycled living organic soil and water only, about same size plants as yours. Most plants I grow stay fairly green to harvest but these Strawberry Milk testers would have been much better off in 5 gallon pots. They are HUNGRY. Either way, it’s all about the buds now, and yours are looking DELISH!
Oh snap these look like they could be wiiinnnnning… was curious about this strawberry milk dad but come on now I cant really be buying more seeds hah
@Islayhearts Maybe I missed it above but checked again and still didnt see. What kind of smells you finding in there?
@schmarmpit thanks!! Yes, the colors are very nice. I grow in a mix of stonington mix, lobster compost and perlite. In 3 gallon plastic pots. Don’t feed during veg, flowering I’m using build a soil flowering mix. Stinks but works. Also use their big 6 supplements and coconut powder. I do notice in the 3 gallon pots a small top dress with a high nitrogen works great in the first few weeks of flower otherwise I run out it seems, almost every time.
@twistedinfinity they aren’t super stinky. All smells stop far are very subtle. Most smell of cream/ caramel. Subtle differences between phenos but I’ll get in there and really sniff. Been fighting the flu and sinus infection so give me a few days!
I would suggest applying for test grow next time Bohdi runs one. It’s pretty fun honestly!
