Bros grimm durban nights xx

Here we are day 3 12 12 I think. I cleaned up the bottoms and took 6 clones. Not getting any stretch outta these, I didn’t read the description though. They are advertised as a squat plant with sativa high and buds. So that’s in me for not doing more research lol.

Both are very stout with one being branchy and the other single dominant. Both stink already too kinda like og’s…skunky herbal. The 3rd

one at the top is still vegging with my bagseed pictured which is btw a personal favorite.

Better pic outside of tent…

Another fave Mango haze…
Bagseed…

I love head highs as you can see I generally go for strains which lean that way. As I’m getting up there in years indicas just don’t do if for me anymore. Although if somebody has a nice bubba kush I’m always game for smoking my favorite indica. I also have my bro bringing me some shiatsu kushs down to grow.

Morning everybody…just wanted to share my other plants currently in the grow. I think I’m going to include all of them in this grow diary. I’m having a hard time running 4 separate from diaries so here we are…

First is my pride and joy…vintage bagseed. In short these came from seed I saved about 15 years ago from some norcal outdoor. Saved around 40 seeds, 50% are duds, and the ones that pop have been some the dankest plants I’ve grown. I have one here in this grow. Next round I’m popping the remainders and preserving. The smell on all females so far gave been incredible…think Christmas tree with holiday potpourri or incense. They all carry that rich smell. Absolutely mouthwatering. I’ve had numerous threads with people guessing on genetics. I think maybe a hindu kush or master kush possibly. Very old-school appearance and smoke.

I’ve been growing 25 years or so, and these are something special imo. The afterburn is so funky too…thick insence that sits on the air for a while. Anyway I have a full diary of these alongside my little brother who grew out a few… They have a very distinct look to em with toothy leaves. As said im going to try and preserve these on my winter grow. I want to share these with some of you guys as I feel like I found something really unique in these.

Next up Mango haze…classic Mango smell with a haze twist. This is a reveg I just pruned…

Next up is shiatsu kush…I’m sure most haven’t heard if this one. My lil bro shared these with me. He’s been growing it quite a few years. Great nose on this one it’s very kushy like pine, sweet, and earth.

Lastly I’ve got 5 bodhi sun ras in paper towels shared by a nice dude on here. So as of now I’ll be including these and any others I bring in here on out. Thanks for looking.

Man, looking NICE! Sorry for the hit and run but she’s a busy time right now. I’ll say that there’s something, something about what you’re showing that is “calling the eye” or something like that. They all seem very interesting and I don’t know how to put what I mean into words. Maybe you understand. I’ll try to check back later and have my shit more together head-wise. Have a good day, Hombré!

Thanks hambone, they are very vibrant looking. I’ll try to keep updates every couple days bc I don’t see many bros grimm grows on here. They really are top notch kand carry alot old school flavors. The third one is still vegging, she’s real real diffrent looking with tiny leaves and dark foliage. Stinks 3x as much as the others. She hass leathery looking leaves. I wonder if she’s leaning to the durban thai, jack or c99?

Here she is I’m calling her little stinker. For real though i smell her outside the tent already at this little size.

Almost forgot shiatsu kush from seed⁷

Well hell, I still can’t put it into typed words what I mean but I’ve looked back at these pictures and there’s just “something” about all (more and more through the thread) that seems to fit the mental/visual keyhole. One of those “if ya know, ya know” what you’re looking at kinda things. Keep going! Spent so I’ll check later. Thanks again for showing!

Well I think they have a diffrent look than kushes, chems, or cookies. No pretty colors just that neon green look which comes from the sativa side. Ime all there classics have that look…Apollo 11, c99, killer queen, etc. Tropical looking umbrella shaped.

I fully agree and history has proven, to me at least, that a certain look at certain stages results in (again, for me at least) great buds with great effects. These shown all seem to have a look indicative of future awesome stuff. Have a good one!

Here’s the bagseed going into flower. She’s in a little 1 gallon until I sex the plant. If it’s a female ill up to a 3 gallon. If male ill leave in the1 gallon, and collect some pollen to hit these durban nights.

Here’s the liberty haze after couple weeks cure. Threw a couple late bananas.

Shiatsu kush…these have been inbred since 2014 by my brother. Got 2 confirmed females so far. These are the flowers from shiatsu kush

I just pruned the 2 flowering durbans. Lolipopped and removed all the suckered. I’m hoping this will encourage only big buds. I’m kinda sicknif bottom buds with no density. I did a bit of defoliation as well, they should be good to go now.

Same here! Now it’s just the waiting game, I’m sure they will continue to stretch, glad I flipped at 4 weeks.

Good luck with the grow! Durban Nights is great, I think you enjoy it! Upbeat, clear, not-stupid, all good stuff.

Thank you good to hear you enjoyed it. How was the smell. All 3 of mine are different. The vegging one looks like a baby Xmas tree, there’s a medium one, and a taller branchy one. All smell skunky pine right now. I’m hoping for an incensey herbal pheno.

Here’s another serious seeds ak47 getting ready to start flowering. It’s much shorter than the previous sativa one.my earthbox ones in the other tent are doing well. I have a thread on another site with them. Here’s the ak47 and 2 shiatsu kush seedlings. The older shiatsu ended up giving 2 females which I’ll show later…
