Bros grimm durban nights xx

Thanks and these have basically been growing themselves. I’ve done nothing but water them. Others in my garden are no so easy.the shiatsu kushs are a bitchv to grow…very finicky. Don’t like too much water and stress over any environment changes. I think the shiatsu kushs natural light green color is throwing me off too.The durbans however have been easy from the get go. This is where I tend to favor sativa hybrids over indica hybrid, the vigor of sativas can’t be matched. Believe it or not the haze is actually an easy grower as well, just doesn’t like wet roots or alot of nutes. Don’t be scared of sativa folks there actually easier to grow imo.

Heres an example. This shiatsu is getting ready to flower, and I can’t make her happy for shit lol. Got a few more under the baby hps with some banana og to pollinate. They dont look bad i just cant get them to pray under the lights.

I think I’ve got too many projects going on, and I can’t give them the full attention they need. Yall know what I mean where certain plants just connect with you more than others. I’m considering scrapping this little project, but I hate tossing any plants period. Things get tricky when you have 10 different cultivars under the same light all requiring diffrent things :joy: on top of that I’m trying to keep everything in my head with feeding watering etc.

In other news I’m still waiting know my bagseed to show sex. I’m keeping him/ her regardless, if male ill pollinate the durban nights and haze. If female ill up to a 3 gallon after stretch. Excuse me if I stated that earlier. Stay tuned i got 5 bodhi sun ras above ground, will be my first time with his gear. Peace out growers

how did you end up liking the liberty haze?

i grew out a 3 pack a while back. it was some of the best/favorite smoke i ever had. phenos were skunk/baby poop/lime 64 days, lime sherbert/pepper/skunk (the best one) at 77 days and another was old socks/cheese/lime/perfume which i took at f78, but it could have gone longer. it was the only one that had those sativa hybrid mini foxtails on the tops yield was pretty good all around. very frosty/potent. the only strain i may end up buying a second pack to run.

the high scaled from hybrid to sativa dom according to time to flower. spot on description from Barney’s. not sure why they get hate…i grew other stuff from them that was also perfectly described and met all expectations.

It was dank…I’ll leave it at that. The herb is very perfumey and hazey with a hint of skunk. Also if you like barneys check out their shiskaberry. It’s real nice dude. I think people that hate just repeat what others say online without even growing their genetics. Same with greenhouse, I’ve had excellent plants from them too…some shit plants but most were as advertised. If you think greenhousecsucks try hawaiian snow or super lemon haze…both are a1.

Honestly you can’t get a good representation from running just a couple seeds imo. But with that said twenty20 mendocino seeds and bros grimm have very consistent keepers. Never had a bad plant from either of these companies.

Here’s my bagseed, I think it might be a male. No confirmation yet, but it looks like male clusters forming. Either way I’ll use it male or female.

They/them is a beaut, Man! Not sure what to hope for; female, you get killer smoke; male…so many possible treasures to uncover. A win either way. Have a good one!

I know I guess long term a male would be better so I could run some future seeds. Female would be great too so either way I’ll be happy. I’m thinking I’ll pollinate the branchy durban.

Just repotted the 3rd durban into a 7gallon. I wanna see how big these will get. The other 2 are coming along nicely and forming flowers. They are getting quite large for a short veg time. The plant at the bottomright is the haze, im going to veg her long and up to a 7 gallon in another month.

Here’s the durbans, the smaller one is going into flower this evening. They already have a very pronounced smell…it’s quite pungent tbh. They appear to still be stretching. I’ve had to raise the lights a couple times. All in all a very easy grower to this point. I probably won’t feed them at all as they seem happy with just water. Excuse the crap pictures, lights were going out.

Looking awesome, Man! I’m still watching this show, just busy as all hell. Cannot wait to see what comes next!

Thanks hambone! I can always count on you for some feedback, and thanks for riding along. Did I mention these are smelly? Lol just woke up and the whole house smells like herb. Normally i run a vaportek optimum 4000…I’m just out of cartridges. A little old school secret guys…if you can’t control odors try vaportek. It’s an absolutely amazing piece of machinery. Simple design but effective at squashing any odors of cannabis. Best thing rezdog ever mentioned, he turned me on to these things a million years ago, and no I don’t associate with him. Just took some of his advice online many years ago. I grew with a cop next door for years with no smells if that tells you anything about my confidence in its capabilities lol.

Hell yeah, Brother! Is that one topped or does they/them just wanna throw branches up like that on its own? Very pretty as I’m seeing is the usual there. Have a good one!

Yes I topped her 2 days ago bc the other ones got so tall. This one has nice lower branching too.

Mango haze getting ready for transplant and flower. Already has a nice eucalyptus smell…

Well good call then! I wish I could find more time/focus to keep track of these but they all do look healthy as shit. If one suggestion could be made; please do NOT flush that Mango Haze! Haha. That should be a fun one as well. Thanks again for taking the time to show and have a nice evening.

Funny you say that I never flush my plants at th end. I know it’s a subjective thing, but personally I don’t. I just restrict water towards the end which helps the plant mature. Honestly I tried it once at harvest and noticed no difference. I don’t like the idea of running a bunch of water when the buds are big. Seems like it would encourage moisture, mold, etc
