I had to re read your post I miss understood what you were saying , I do agree that bubba kush is half og kush.
I somehow thought you meant the Berger cut was a cross back to og and not the original bubba kush they originally passed around.
The calyx structure is similar but bubba kush has more flat top nugs , more rounded and smaller calyx in general and the plants structure is much different ,og kush has a lot of space between the nodes while the bubba kush does not.
Ghost Og aka og kush is a lemon pinesol floor cleaner dank candy flavor in all my experiences while the
92 og is musky mossy old school green bud flavor with no lemon to her but a slight sweet candy on the background.
I have not grown the triangle kush due to the fact that the majority of of the triangle kush cuts are fake or s1s at best.

Its Funny you brought up Cat Piss.Ive been obsessed with this plant ever since 707 put Tdogg on blast on the Future Cannabis Project YouTube channel.He said the same story word for word and has been saying it for a couple years even before the youtube debacle.This caught my eye on ICmag and i know for a facts its gott to be him pretty much 707 here

Got Bubba from half a dozen growers in different states/countries and it’s always been the same flavor. Not related to OG.

I am more inclined to accept that the pre98 bubba is in part a dwarf afghani .
I’ve grown out a lot of OG types now and I don’t see a connection personally.
At the end of the day though it doesn;t really matter as I don’t believe even half of the stories I hear on these potcasts. People are making up little details to fit thier narratives and protect thier street cred. Seen it a thousand times and I think this is playing out in all these OG, Bubba, Sour Diesel, Chem origin stories.
We will never know the real stories behind these fabled cuts and all we can do is preserve them and enjoy them for what they are.

There’s a stretchy, greasy dank bubba cut that I totally believe is part OG. That’s the one I want back, even if it is the world’s worst plant to trim

And idk what to tell you. I can taste it, see it, smell it, and feel it in there. There’s OG in that bubba kush cut. Now for the Pre98 Bubba and all the other bubba cuts? No idea if it’s in there or not. I’ve not had those cuts yet. But for the Matt Berger cut, that should be the same as Orgnkid’s Green Bubba Kush cut, that’s what I got, and I don’t see any other idea’s for why they’re so similar 
If you don’t think they’re similar at all… I got nothing for ya. I’ve grown both and been smoking on both for months now and the similarities are there.
