I’m saying in all the years on the forums, I never seen the distinction. Bubba and bubba Kush meant the same thing. So if there different plants, let’s see them.
I think the distinction is the difference cuts that went around as pre 98, Katsu, original, green bubba. My point was , how can holy be sure that bergers cut is a pure og or TK cross ? Break it down

Hard to keep responding to posts you keep updating. I’m not disregarding Holly’s exp because the truth is, he only has experience with the bergers bubba Kush via Orgnkid.
Matt’s own words says it was a “bubba” bag seed that started the whole thing. So why are we talking about a bubba plant that no one has access to because this cut in this thread, is not that. It’s bubba Kush.
Anyone who has been on the forums for years can tell you there was never anyone claiming “bubba” and “bubba Kush” as different things. So why are we talking about it. The terms were used interchangeably. So to compare these bubba Kush cuts to the mother that started it all, what sense does it make ?
My understanding is only matt had the original Bubba plant and it’s been long since dead. Everything else has been bubba kush.

Maybe the ‘Cross’ wasn’t clear enough? Idk. My bad there I guess, but I most definitely meant that bubba kush = Bubba x OG or Bubba x TK, when I said that. I’m agreeing with the common lineage here.

oh interesting so the Berger was sourced from Orgnkid? I had assumed all this time it was the Shabud/CSI sourced cut.
Does that mean Berger = Katsu?

It doesn’t look like Katsu to me. That one foxtailed more when I had it back at CC. Orgnkid told me this is the one he started with. So depending on what we believe about the pre 98, Katsu, my opinion is it’s different
