Thanks for your reply I think I will get those temps up a bit I am looking to dial in a bit more on this maybe some new fabric pots wouldn’t go a miss either… They look completely caked with white residue around the outsides of the pots.
On we grow… on we grow!!!
every step every crop… something is learned to better the result and help to achieve good bud!
Is there any saving this girl!!
Shes lime… shes late!! shes probably over fed im guessing too many nutes a bit of a bad foundation from the start but! shes still standing and flowering her leaves are holding on!
will she swell?
Ive learned so much from my mistakes with this plant… and ive just invested in a Blue lab truncheon so i have all blue lab equipment now… il probably move away from fabric pots they crystalise too much…
Im guessing i was feeding too much too early, plus not running off correctly ( my own doing I was being lazy and letting it suck the water back up that it was sitting in…
Thanks BM
You should try to go mid range, so low there may be nutrients out of range and plant not processing them …
Thanks george good to hear from ya mate… so would you honestly say around 6.2/3 is a good shout for autos in coco coir? i’ve learned alot from my mistakes since we last spoke! through basically fing sh up lol
Sorry bud, missed the coco coir detail, just looked at the pots, that’s the soil chart, TLTR , those autos are a good prove of your increased grow skills, forgive me and have a great day…
Quick Question to the long time growmies! can i add an extra cap of A nutrients at the end of mixing my feed if i feel it wasnt strong enough? or is it too late since ive already added - cannazym, rhizotonic etc!
just wanted to put some more green into the leaves! i feel like my 0.6 EC should be 0.8
Thanks
BM
Depends on the system, some systems need the A first or things get dropped out of suspension, but you could probably add the extra cap before mixing in the rest.
Hello, Hope everyones well. Its been a while since i posted on my diary!!
I have… 6 x Cherry Runts / Campino ( cuttings ) about 30 days old.
I also have 4 x gelato 45 ( barneys farm ) 12 days old.
and… 1 x Gelonade 12 days old.
All are feminised and i’m back to photoperiod to finish off where i began that was learning a good technique and some of the basic laws.
I derailed myself when i switched to Autoflower strains and thought i was so good that i could ditch the TDS / EC stick!! < ohh how we learn from the best mistakes!!
Anyway… for the first time in this hobby I really am starting to understand how i could possibly achieve great results each time… I don’t want to get ahead of myself but I’m following some really good guides and tips without fail!
Currently feeding my 6 cutings with
Tap water 0.6 EC
CANNA A&B
CANNA RHIZOTONIC
CANNA CANAZYM
Total EC is 1.4 and they look awesome! the leaves look great and its looking promising!
PH has been 6.0 - 6.4 I have been up and down inbetween this reading testing run off and draining the trays.
I forgot to add my Gelato and gelonade seeds i planted and actually started with EC 0.8 from the get go!
They are now on EC 1.0 - 1.2 seem to be ok as of now may slow down a little with the feed as they are still young but looking great for now!.. I just feel like… when i do finally get consistent with my feeds and knowing how much to feed only then should i move on to autos when i have consistency under my belt
( Autoflowers are not forgiving )
I will update with some more pictures soon! thanks. BM
Hope all is well OG’s I’m going to try my best to get back on here more often with a revised approach!!
One of my Cherry campino clones!
:slight_smile
PS get your grow boots on
(EDIT if i do get any deficiencies at all later on I have a very very small feeling it might just be a cal or mag… or cal-mag together
Im not 100% sure on Plagron cocos premium if it has been buffered to help with cal-mag
right now the plants look good… and I know that Cal mag can rob you of EC!! so il keep a close eye… i hope i can add a half dose of cal-mag if i do run into any cal-mag issues!!
Evening guys,
I think I will be ready to flip in the next 3-5 days…
I have a new 4x8 ft grow space for my 6 plants
Light - Phlizon 640w 8 Bar LED fixture.
Probably start it off on 30-40% intensity for the first week or so…
Quick question for the OG veterans
is there anything i need to do before flipping to flower…
example I may want to just slightly pinch twist ( super crop ) a few branches here and there to get that even look! ( or can i do this say 7-10 days into flower or even. longer into flower?
secondly if i remember correctly Lolly pop / defoliation is good to do about 2 weeks into flower is that correct?
Lastly but not leastly! Topping!! should all topping be done and healed before flipping?
I know some of these are basic but just recapping!!
Thank you
Budmeister ( PS the other seedlings are doing great! )
4 gelato
1 Gelonade
( Barneys Farm )
