Chem D Discussion

Chem D harvested at day 70F:

Chem 91 (skunk va) also taken down at day 70F:

Both from FarmerJoe, so we’ll see if there’s any difference from the Chem D I ran last round, harvested at day 74F

which was from Cedar Berry Farms via a local friend.

I’ll get some pics later but I do notice that the variegation on my clone that has already been transplanted for a week or so is faded somewhat and she looks more greener. I don’t see any leaf mutation either so not really concerning myself with any possible viroid causing the effect.
Keeping one as a mom and gonna flip the other one in a couple weeks… just gotta let the sunshine do it’s work and hopefully it can get some size before the flip.

Doesn’t show in early leaf

That is mine . No room to run her , so small pot , light feed, real low par from T5 . See what happens when I turn her loose . Looks like mite damage from a distance …… which flipped me out the other day when I forgot she was verigated

There has never been an actual positive test for tmv on a cannabis plant(unless thats changed in the last yr). The chemd cut has been tested for it aswell. It’s genetic.

I have some Headbanger F2’s I made about 5 or 6 years ago. I just popped 10 of them recently but they are only a month old right now. If I find something nice, I am going to make s1’s and make f3’s eventually. But I might think the S1 might be a better idea. I would be open to trade once I test these first 10. Holler at me if your interested. I still have the original seed pack for proof as well. :peace_symbol:

I just hope you find something stable. I ran through a couple headbanger packs F2’s and F3’s and a pack of Sowahh and most of them hermed in veg. The one’s that didn’t, hermed in the first 3 weeks of flower. Not a single stable plant in 30 something beans. I’m pretty much done with anything Karma related unless it’s going outdoors.

For chem d enthusiasts out there.

@Mithridate That’s funny, I noticed the chem d from Joe that I’m running for second time is showing alot less varigation this run. I top dressed them all with Epson salts a couple weeks ago, so I’m guessing that’s what did it.

Very likely.
Most agreed chem d to be a calmag chugger, some calling for up to 11ml/l of it, crazy!

Frank got the sensible answer  love this guy.

The Chem D I put outside grew nicely with little varigation for a few weeks but when I visited a couple days ago she was variegated badly, which prompted me to look for an answer…

Guerilla chem D in shreklandia. Very inhospitable environment

I don’t know if dank Hank’s “cure” works or not but it seems a waste of time to boil that cup of water, right?

Warm tap could be enough… but the warmer the water the more salts it will dissolve before saturation. Epsom salt in cold water will sink without melting hah

Lol not derogatory but not chem d either 🫡

Weird. I’ve been dumping epsom in 60*-70* water for years and it dissolves quickly for me. Must be fake epsom salt or something.

Epsom will clear the varigation, isn’t it great?

Reddit energy right there.
