When I entered my name in the 8th position and clicked ‘Save,’ the system warned me that it couldn’t be saved. The second time, I moved it to the 19th position and saved it there.
As a result, my name appeared in both , the 8th and 19th positions.
I didn’t delete any names

Yes, but it nullifies any edit that occurred while you were writing yours.

When you get that warning, X out and start over.
