you are talking about the The Wheelchair Crippler. The only person I know who has the Crippler is The Nature Farm guy he sells a cross of Wheelchair crippler x Skunk18

As far as I remember it was just called “Wheelchair” from Colorado around 2010. I’ve learned that there was another smacker of a strain going around the same place around the same time called “Webster”.
