I got Candy 20 years ago when I owned a little store in a mall, it was mostly candy and other junk foodā¦ across the hall was a One-Hour Photo and the guy came in one morning carrying a tiny kitten in a basketā¦ she was barely off the tit, couldnāt have been more than five or six weeks old and stayed right in that basket or in my lap all day, didnāt even peeā¦ I took her home, showed her the litter box and that was itā¦ she was part of the family.
About 9 months later, a stray boy cat visited, ahem, and a few weeks after that, six more kitties. The 3rd one was breach and I had to put on a surgical glove andā¦ well, use your imagination what I had to doā¦ but we bonded hard.
She has thyroid issues now and has to take pills twice a day.
Sheās the only cat Iāve ever had, or ever seen that will let me hold her flat on her back, out in mid air and just go limpā¦ all I have to do is say āmelted Candyā and she trusts me to not drop her, doesnāt let her instinct to self-right take overā¦ it doesnāt seem like a lot, but try it some time. I bet they twist and turn and āinsistā on being āright-side-upā immediately, LoL.
Next time my friend is over, I will try to get him to take a picture.

Please do! Sounds like an amazing friend and I would love to see her just limp. I pick mine up and carry them like a baby, they truly help me stay sane.
Thyroid issues sounds expensive, how did you know she had those issues, was it obvious or just something the vet noticed?

Candy started losing weight. She didnāt act sick until she was very thin. I thought she was just getting thinner cuz of her age, but then she started doing ādyingā things, like not grooming, trying to hide, etc., so I took her to the vet. He gave her a blood test and found her thyroid was very āhotā and put her on pills. Iāve been giving her pills twice a day for three years now. She trusts meā¦ doesnāt even bite or fight me when I give her the pills.

Iām glad you caught that. Yeah, I have heard of the dying things where they hide and such. I canāt imagine how much anxiety that gave you.

Welcome my dude! Ocala is a pretty cool place, but of course it always gets overshadowed by the big university next door haha.
Did you live there? I always remember going from Jax to Gville and having to hit the speed trap in Waldo, aka the worst in the country. Thankfully they disbanded their stupid police force years back, they made so much money from being jerks. I think it was a 65mph into a 35 mph. People even put up billboards to warn about the speed trap

Yeah, I just laugh at my view of mountains like Appalachian or Hillocks in the SE and then when I moved to SoCal and went to some actual mountains Idyllwild and up towards Big Bear, my mind was definitely blown

But last year or so I drove down to the keys for a month. and stopped in Ocala on the way back up to kayak and ended up staying there a couple days too

You kayak too? Dude! Iām actually looking for my first kayak, thought I was going to get one yesterday as my fatherās day present but the guy sold it out from under us on FB marketplace. It hurt my feelings lol.
Iām over 6 foot so I canāt fit in any of the sit-ins and donāt want to spend like 1k or more for a fancy ocean going one(at least not yet) so itās been a struggle.

Iāve had no luck with cloning males once they hit flower, refused to reveg. and the clones insisted to flower no matter the lights.
Iāve taken them close to flower and they handled fine.

I have seen this also.
When this happens try 24 hours of light.
Not a fix all, like @Gpaw said, sometimes it just does not work, but it can sometimes help with reveg.

I donāt see any balls yet, it should revert for ya, if not try to put him under 24 hour light.
Feed some extra nitrogen if you are able.

Interesting, I think I may have just been close enough to not flowering to keep them alive, but only time will tell. Thank you for the advice.
Okay cool, I just got in some Dr Earth, and I have the Happy Frog bag still, it was super expensive so Iām just using it up, it was a temporary buy. Might repot him. You might have been correct though in that I donāt necessarily see balls either, got a little impatient I think and was seeing things. Have to remember to Wwwwooooosssahhhhhhhhhh lol thanks @shag
