I don’t know about the rest of you, but I am already visualizing beautiful narrow leaf Congo plant photos from @Kidete when he is able to send them and assuming he is able to get photos without freaking out any tribals…

Not exactly sure what to expect. It would be great to be involved during the whole journey, but I don’t expect service is very good in the jungle lol… He will probably just disappear for a couple of weeks and then reappear and let us know how he made out. Hard to say… I’m sure there’s wifi in the larger towns. This is going to be fun for sure. Of course, the bulk of the fun will happen after he gets back when we get to take a look at these first hand

Hell, they may even encounter human populations previously unknown to science. Those explorers will likely encounter at least one new species of plant, animal or insect. Of course the varieties of cannabis will be dizzying.

I’ve given a couple extra days for anyone I got in touch with earlier to make payment, So now I feel okay asking for a couple more people if there is still interest. I think three more people will do it.
First a couple days will be spent in Kinshasa collecting from local dealers. Next, a trip downriver towards the mouth, to Boma, just North of Angola, to visit local growers for several days, and then upstream to Bandundu, Democratic Republic of Congo to visit local growers there. Man I wish they could stuff me in a suitcase and bring me along!
