Jump into some chutney, and if you have no access, having mangoes around is a start. If not, pineapples, strawberries, most of these “meaty” types of fruit will do. Have just made two here, one of pineapple and green tomatoes and another of strawberry. Both delicious! In case you’d like, I could send you a recipe.
