I have a set of acoustic bookshelf speakers , original Mission 700 series made in the UK.
The company switched hands and manufacturing was then based out of Quebec Canada for some years. Recently the company traded hands again and is now back in the UK.
I forget what I paid for these speakers back in the late 90’s but they were under 500 for the pair and considered high end at the time. They were on sale but still not really expensive as far as speakers go. I was looking to get another pair recently and was looking around ebay and etsy, amazon ect and then the official canadian dealer for Mission.
My wife always calls them my crappy speakers because they don’t match her decor… LOL they sound perfect though. To replace them today??? 2500. canadian for the pair!!! crazy town
Bad turkey. That’s a nasty one. I can keep sips of Gatorade in me, that’s about it. I need back surgery, not puking and wretching.
I woke up earlier with Leo cleaning my eyebrow. My empathy cat. He’s good like that. I had his back when cancer took his arm. He’s got mine.
Sorry fellas. Get out the kleenex. My daughter Lana’s friend Justin passed away from Sarcoma about 7 last night. My younger daughter Camille had her ex take his own life in April. It’s been a difficult year in the CP household this year.
My household is not the only one taking a beating this year. Other’s here are dealing with grief as well. Some in silence. Some vocally.
Having some viral thing going on doesn’t help. Like many things, this 2 shall pass.
Rest in paradise Justin brother, I hope and pray this is the final straw in a year we’d all like to forget. We both knew this day was coming but can never be prepared. Brighter days ahead
Well…felt good enough to smoke half a joint. Between holidays, a family tragedy, and being sick, my plants are a little tired, but all surviving. Poor timing with my nute switch, but they aren’t looking any worse. No new bad looking leaves.
Not sure it was the right approach, but I turned my lights down some, with some light feeds. I checked my runoff again on a couple plants. Ph increased from 6.3 to 6.8. I don’t want to do anything extreme that possibly sends them the wrong direction.
One of 4 @jaws Dawgs of War at 17 days. I like how she’s starting to stack. Nice branching. Topped once, which is sort of my normal. Been sick so no smells today.
yup thats my style of growing as well, once they get through there first run and i get to see how things go i can run in bigger pot’s and look for other goodness. those lats should fill in pretty good, you should have some stakes ready your going to need them.
I absolutely love that pic! Seeing those children ALWAYS puts a smile on my face, and I needed one this morning. You always know what I need. Thanks brother
