Morning @TopShelfTrees1 . Fricking neck is so stiff I can’t turn my head! Too much to do for that shit to be happening like this.

I bet a lot of people feel that today. The day after they spent an hour looking up at the eclipse yesterday. lol

I was pretty stiff last night actually. Staring into the sky :man_facepalming:t2: hopefully it works its way out for you. :crossed_fingers:t3:

Never looked up. I was in the Dentist chair while it was happening yesterday. It was done here by the time I got out. It was clear here. I think it was 40%. Saw some cool photos.

I’ve experienced that too. Yep yep. Those long sessions in the chair tear my neck up too.

didn’t even notice the eclipse from where I am at. Was cloudy too so there was no chance to view it anyways. Pounding snow today… figures… I was gonna try and get a head start on spreading out my recycled soil pile and get it ammended and cooking ahead of the greenhouse season. But no… despite mother nature’s trickery… it is not spring here LOL

Unfortunately, my neck is torn up. Period. Not as bad as the low back, but not good either. The surgeon said it could have been done when my low back was worked on, but not ideal. I don’t think I could have coped with more than was done in February. Surgeon also said it’s not going to take me out of circulation. I can’t imagine driving in much of any traffic. I get about 45 degrees range each way.
Much as I love a heating pad, it’s the wrong thing for inflammation. Ice and anti-inflammatories. Tylenol. Ibuprofen. Not much real pain relief, but the conditions causing the pain get addressed. A little.

If I catch a twist wrong and catch it right away, heat is good for a short ~20 min then it’s primarily ice and pot. Well, pot was the actual FIRST step but you get my meaning. lol
Anyway, that seems to work best for my injuries if it’s musculature. If it’s the skeletal problem it’s ice ice ice. Normally ~15 minutes rotation on and off.

I had to reply to this one!

First, put that bag in the freezer.

Next, have you tried the GSC thin mint pretzels? If not, you gotta get those too.

That is all :wink:

@TopShelfTrees1
I’m doing good this morning. Thanks. I’m taking it a little easy for now. There’s a cold slow rain coming down so it’s a good day to work inside.
Hope you are doing well as well.
